My wife and I ordered twice, first time 3/25/25 and it was through the drive thru, the customer service was poor. The lady behind the speaker seemed to have an attitude. The second time which 3/27/25 we went inside and we had ordered ice cream, I had asked about waffle bowl and they said no they didn’t have them, so my wife said well it’s on the board and the lady had said they just hadn’t made them yet. Mind you when we walked in the lady was just cleaning in my opinion she could’ve been restocking on inventory, and instead of saying they didn’t have any she could’ve said I apologize we just haven’t made any yet. The lady seemed to also have an attitude. The only good thing I can really say is they give you decent scoops for the price.

Overall disappointed the pumpkin latte was ass the cashier didn't even know what was out until I alr ordered and then I had to re order another scopp just for it to be also out so I asked again and ended up with only my requested chocolate chip and wtvr tf I else got aftermath 2 SCOOPS HORRIBLE RATING SORRY

This is my 3rd time going to this Baskin Robins. 2 out of the 3 times they have had 5 or less flavors(tonight they had 4). Employees are nice but they never have anything, would not be recommend. (How does an ice cream place not have ice cream??)

If I could zero stars on service I would. These kids are so rude. I don't know who goes here for coffee or anything because there are way better places for donuts and coffee.! The girl yesterday didn't seem thrilled. Didn't say have a good day or even offer me my receipt. I decided to go in the bathroom to make a quick pee stop. Omg! There is a sign saying they deep clean amd take pride. Yet woth the amount of dust on the sink, I highly doubt they clean it once a week. Thank goodness the seating area looks clean. I took pics. I told the girl and she gave me this confused face. And said okay. I just wanted my bday scoop. But I honestly never support dunkin. The donuts are better at Casey's and those were frozen donuts!

Ordered using the app for drive thru. The dude at the window, mind you this is 8:10am and they were not busy at all, hands me half the order and walks away. I have to get his attention to come back and asked, politely, where the rest of my order is. He rolls his eyes, shuts the window and walks away. A minute later a different employee comes back with the rest of my order.There was confusion on cream cheese for the bagel. I pull over, go in, to figure it out and instead of being helpful he was all piss and sass.I'll not be going back there. Plenty of other options.
Needed a ice coffee fix n bagel with cream cheese on a very cold day. Ordered ahead for points. Thank you workers who braved the cold for work. Workers shouldn't be penalized due to poor weather conditions... Safety should always be first...

Employees can't give the right size straws for a drink. They put the wrong lids on drinks. When you ask for no or little ice in your drink the cup is not even close to being full but you pay 7 bucks for a drink! Or ask for no mocha and they make a mistake and put mocha in your drink but let them know you didn't want it they get and attitude.
