Asked for fresh crispy potatoes rounds and received cold ones, and the young lady with short dark hair working DT really needs an attitude adjustment. Its happened a few times when we we're there For what they charge, you would think the food would be hot n fresh, NOT!! If I wasn't in a hurry , I would have taken it back for a refund.

So, I was super annoyed I had to wait over 5 min for my food. However, to my surprise, the French fries were pipping hot and when I took a bite out of my well constructed tightly wrapped burger, mind you it was after eating all my fries, the meat was just so tender and juicy and there was actual steam coming from the burger from how warm it was. I definitely recommend getting food from Hardee's.

I'm a construction worker from Milwaukee up here in Illinois to paint an airport. A co-worker and I attempted to go into the lobby which was closed. Our vehicles' too big to go through the drive-thru, so I waved at one of the employees to come by the door to speak with them briefly , the workers inside just looked at us. Didn't even give us 2 minutes of their time to explain to us why the lobby was closed or to offer us another way to receive service. Hardee's is still one of my favorites, and honestly this is my first and hopefully my only the bad experience with the franchise
I come here often, never once have I been asked to pull around the side. When I questioned the worker. She rolled her eyes and said very rudely. Yes the door around the side. So I asked again. Which door? The front or the side? There's 2 entrances. She got even more rude, said turn left and park at the door and laughed at me, walked away and went and laughed about it with another worker. News flash, asking question doesn't warrant rude behavior. If one of my employees acted that way, they'd be written up. Learn customer service!

Ordered 3 of the special 2.99 double cheeseburgers at the drive through, got my order and they were singles, no bid deal I thought, I would have went inside to get the order fixed but the lobby was closed today, so I went back through the drive through to attempt to have my order made right and the fat idiot argued with me about what I ordered, she was adamant that i ordered singles, I told her to direct her attention to the giant Hardee's sign with the 2.99 DOUBLE cheeseburgers, but to no avail. Whoever was working the drive thru at 12:30 today need to either be fired or retaught how to deal with minor issues like this professionaly, I'm mean come on, it's not like it was massive order or it was super busy. Crazy, never had issues here before today. Very disappointed with my lunch today, I was in a great mood before that whole ordeal. Again it wasn't a big deal untill she told me what I ordered and refused to make it right. What a shame
