If you’ve never had a smoked old fashioned, you really need to try the Industrial, it’s a classic! Mar’Kelly really knows her classic drinks. The Industrial is a dining gem in Northwest Illinois. It’s a taste of Chicago for those of us who occasionally miss the big city.
We have been going to The Industrial at least once every week since they opened. Mar’Kelly, the bartender, is amazing and helps make our dining experience alot of fun. We have met so many interesting out of town business people. There are regulars that we look forward to talking with every time we are there. The food has been fabulous.
