Been a customer of the local Rock Falls Jimmy John's since it came to be. But my last delivery was very disappointing. My big John sandwich barely had an once of meat on it. No I didn't weigh it. But there were two small thin slices or roast beef that hardly covered the sandwich. At this point, I doubt I will order delivery again. And will check my sandwich before I leave the store.

Drive thru workers are friendly and ask if u have rewards program. Received a free sandwich for birthday. Liked the wraps. Chicken ceaser. Usually buy the chips and drink as well. Only downfall. Cheese is extra. Still like the variety

I love Jimmy John's! However, the manager was hollering at his staff and they didn't know how to roll an unwich. Tasted good, though!

Couldn't read the menu board because it was unlit, lady kept saying just pull up. When I did I expected her to show me the menu. She said why didn't you read the board and laughed. I drove away.

Didn't have the actual time to go in but ordered online. Online ordering was easy. Went through drive thru. Was fast easy and food was great. Was a whole lot cheaper then Subway ( especially when the Subways here in or towns don't except coupons for almost anything) and tasted just the same or better.

NOT PICKY EATER / EATING DISORDER FRIENDLY. OR RATHER, NOT FRIENDLY IN GENERAL.The staff in the Rock Falls location particularly is very rude and does not understand the fact that other people want or NEED things a specific way. I struggle very, very much with food aversions that can completely ruin whatever appetite I can muster, so I want things in a particular way because that is what I'm paying for. I ordered my sandwich at the speaker, telling her the specific way I wanted it, she said "okay, we can do that." When I go to the window, the girl that took my order smirked as she swiped the card that paid for my sandwich when I asked again if itd be made right. She confirmed that it will be made to order and walked away. When she came back and handed me my food, she rolled her eyes and shut the window on me because I promised I'd be back if it was messed up again. Of course, it wasn't what I had ordered. Again. The owner proceeded to side with her and talked down on/at me and made me feel as if I was absolutely crazy for being upset when I confirmed my order and the exact way I ordered it. This has happened WAY too many times at this location, the employees have no manners and are disrespectful and oddly spiteful. Please don't go here if you have food aversions, any kind of eating disorder, or picky kids that may like things a certain way (with/without ingredients) - they've proven, to me at least, that they do not care for other's and what we are spending money for. Too many incidents, but being made to feel as if I am in the wrong for a disorder that I cannot control is insane and was my last straw. I just wanted a sandwich dude.

Can’t say anything about the food, but when my elderly mother needed to use the bathroom, and the place we were going for breakfast had their lobby closed, the very nice young woman who was prepping to open allowed us to come in to use the facilities. Rock Star service in my book!

Ordered 2 sandwiches, I live 4 blocks away, they said 35 minutes delivery , been waiting over 1 1/2 hrs and still no sandwiches, but when we called 15 minutes ago they said they'd be delivered in a few minutes... smh horrible service!!!!!! ?
