“My cousin had her graduation party here. It's a great option because it lets you bring in your own food. So you just pay for the room and the bar bill. I believe the room was $300 for 4 hours. That also comes with a bartender. They do not serve food at this location. I do love that this bar is dog friendly. The uncommon Stout is my favorite beer here. They also sell it in bottles to bring home also they sell growlers. They also have outdoor seating. You can also bring your own food here as long as you drink their beer.“

“Absolute fave spot to come hangout and have a drink on date night. The bone in wings are our favorite and customer service is always great! We’ve tried the pizza a few times & as much as I love the place it tastes like freezer burnt cheese. I’m not sure why but def our opinion. Everything else has always been GREAT!“

“Mac's has always been a staple in our family because they are family. They catered our wedding rehearsal and as always absolutely killed it. They have been around for a long time and there is a reason why. The food was great, prices fair, and customer service killed it. Thanks for everything as always!“
“Nice little whole in the wall bar. Good drink selection and friendly knowledge staff. We stopped by late so was close to closing time but from what I saw even on a Sunday they had a DJ and kereokee so they had the pool table pushed to one side so there was room for dancing and people to come up and sing, which is nice but also bad if u want to shoot pool cause u cant.“
“Small music venue for live shows with plenty of vintage feel and charm. The custom cocktail for the show we went to was great. The bar which is next door has tons of rock memorabilia including guitars and photos of bands who have played the venue. The owner is super friendly and will regale you with great stories and the rest of the staff were very friendly. Great time!“

“Stopped in before leaving town, as I was in for an interview with a local company. Amanda was behind the bar and made it a great quick stop. She was fast, friendly, and had great information regarding the surrounding area. If I relocate, this will instantly be one of my go to locations.“

“We were in from out of town for a concert on 6/11 and wanted to go have a few drinks at a smaller bar so I typed in dive bars and this little place popped up so we gave it a try. This place did not disappoint! We were introduced to horse betting from the locals, (thanks Beau) and had a good bartender (thanks Josh) and all around a great time. Good laughs, cold beer, won some $ and had a few shots! Everyone one was very friendly and we will def be back to visit again!“
“After sleeping in after my evening workout, I ventured out of my hotel room for some “restaurants near me”, but the majority closed their kitchens an hour prior to closing and one didn’t even serve dinner although Google advertised that they did. Ms. Carrie came to the rescue and didn’t even rush me out after they closed their doors at 10pm. And the plus, their food was the best so far!“
“Went here last night, Jordan was by the best bartender we’ve ever had (:“
“One of our favorite places to come for some cold beers, good wine, and great time !!“
“Mulligans is the best!!!!“
“It was updated from the pictures posted: no carpet, new tables and seating, different configuration, cute epoxy floor. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. I was surprised at how quickly my laundry was done. The machines took only quarters, but there was an atm and a cash to quarters machine if someone needed it. The bathroom was huge, single person, handicap accessible, and super clean. There was a bar top when I walked in to the right and a door to a nail salon to my left. I probably could have gotten pop if I wanted to. (I was there at 9 am.) They had a machine with snack sized candy bars in it for a quarter. The person working there was kind. The nail salon looked cute and the prices were reasonable. I appreciated the carts they had to put laundry in to wheel it around. Awesome!!“
“The downtown of Davenport has a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars available to visit over the weekend. After meeting some work compatriots and friends and an apartment close by, we were convinced by one of our cohort to walk several blocks through the cold December air to visit Kilkenny's Pub.There's not much to say about Kilkenny's that could be said about other similar establishments in downtown Davenport or, for that matter, any other comparable downtown in any number of other cities. There's a large central bar area with multiple bartenders and servers. There's also a secondary bar area and kitchen in a room over. For this point in the night, I only desired Diet Coke and water, which the bartender quickly provided. While this quick service was great given the high occupancy of the establishment, the general noise level was excessive. My general preferences when going out with a group are locations where I don't have to scream at whoever I'm with just to communicate. The saving grace to the excessive noise level was the option of Karaoke on this Friday night. Since next to no one was partaking, I chose to take up the microphone, singing my own terrible renditions of such titles as "The Wizard" by Black Sabbath, "Double Vision" by Foreigner, and "Xanadu" by Olivia Newton John. What I don't have in skill, I make up for in confidence and delivery. To my preference, I wouldn't come back here again (the noise level alone puts me off the establishment). For the purposes of a review on google, however, I wouldn't rate somewhere less favorably over something such as that due to my own environmental preferences. In summary, I'd put forth that if you want a loud time involving alcohol and various different strangers in downtown Davenport, Kilkenny's pub should suffice. Thanks for the good Karaoke, Kilkenny's.
Kid-friendliness: This is not an establishment friendly or fit for children. You should not bring kids here. Please don't bring your children here, especially late in the night on the weekend.
Parking: There are parking garages in the area that are reasonably priced (i.e., $1-2 an hour in some cases).“
