They only care about drive thru orders now. They expect walk-in customers to order from the kiosks, even elderly people who don't know how to use them. They don't check on customers standing at the counter, until the customer starts to complain about not even being greeted and checked
Love y'all but the portions u put in your tacos are ridiculous...a teaspoon of meet and some lettuce and a tiny bit of cheese. They are half full. Fix it or I'm going to taco johns??

Disappointed. I placed a mobile order when I was in range on another Taco Bell and made the mistake of picking the wrong location (I didn’t know this until later in my visit). Went through the DT and was told at the speaker that they didn’t receive my order. Proceeded through the line and spoke with employee at the DT window. She was rude and unhelpful. There weren’t any cars behind me waiting when I was at the window. Before I could speak the lady told me to drive around...read full review
