Me as my husband dine here regularly always get great service so we decided to bring our daughter here for her birthday dinner , NEVER have I ever had such disgraceful service being Latina while my husband being Caucasian gets a nice clean wine glass I was given a very dirty glass, my husband dinner was done in the cheese wheel infront of us while mine was brought from the kitchen mind you we came last weekend and both experienced a wonderful dinner , asked for box and was brought a paper box while all the people around us got plastic box container when I let the waitress know she has the audacity to say “huh we always use this paper box” as I watch every Caucasian person get plastic sturdy containers. And getting hair in our ice cream. As being the only minority in the restaurant I received the worst service.

Went in tonight for the cheese wheel experience with my husban, upgraded to the filet migon. My noodles were prepared table side with the cheese wheel and then put on my plate. First bite I noticed my noodles were ice cold while my husband's was steaming. (His was not prepared table side) Then a few moments later I found what I thought was an ice cube in my noodles but I picked it up and it was a hard piece of plastic. The waiter came over right away and took my plate and said he'd have them rush a new plate right away.. that took over 10 minutes and by than my husband was done eating. I was told the plastic had to have come off from the cheese grater... also my steak had no flavor what so ever. Very disappointing experience especially as a first time customer and last time. They didnt seem to be to taken back with the plastic or cold noodles but did end up comping my meal and drinks. My husband did enjoy his chicken Milano though. Definitely need to work on their etiquette Gordon Ramsey would appalled as well!

Place was ok. Overpriced. Waited an hour for cold food. Filet and pasta from cheese wheel. Filet was cold. Asked to reheat and still came back cold. 120$ bill for two people, you expect a better food quality than what you would get at Applebees.

Al and team have created such a warm and welcoming environment. Had a fantastic dinner last night. Wedge Salad was amazing and the Tuna Tataki with shaved brussels is a must have. Great bourbon selection and super attentive staff. Summer, Anne and Mark outstanding service!! Make it a regular stop.

This is the second time I’ve been to Alchemy for dinner & it did not disappoint! We reserved an igloo outside for my birthday dinner & it was a magical, fun experience overall. The food was delicious & the inside of the igloo was nice & warm. They had 3 heaters in there that you could adjust if you got too warm which was really nice because we weren’t sure what to expect with eating inside of a plastic igloo in the middle of winter but it was a really unique & fun experience for our family. I highly recommend trying it if you’re curious you won’t regret it. It feels as if you have a special secluded family space to just have fun without worrying about disturbing others. There is no fee to reserve it but you do have to order $250 worth of food which was easy to do as the igloo holds up to 8 people. The only feedback I have for Alchemy is to inform the person reserving the igloo at the time of reservation that it’s a two hour time slot. We didn’t know that going in & our server informed us 20 minutes before the next group was supposed to be there for their reservation as we were ordering desserts so we did feel a bit rushed. Also, they have a pretty good system for the igloo experience but I think the timing could be better for service as far as drink refills in a timely manner and also the timing between appetizers and the main course. We felt like there was an extended wait between the appetizers and the main course. Our server was Zane and he was very nice. We will definitely be back again. The orange Pork, Margherita Pizza & S’mores dessert pizza were really good and the caramel toffee pudding was out of this world!!!😋😋😋

Would have like to eat lunch here for my birthday. HOWEVER after waiting over 10 minutes with no service we got up and left. Food looks good and it is a pretty venue if you get a window seat.

In the winter, Alchemy turns into a Holiday-themed Supper Club with an amazing menu and thoughtful cocktails. Loved the ambiance and the fantastic meals. Lobster Mac and Orange Pork was delicious - service was wonderful.

Came here for the first time from Wisconsin for a friends surprise birthday celebration and got stellar service from Morgan. She was able to serve a table of 20 with accuracy and quickness. The spicy chicken sandwich and Cajun wings were amazing!! Nice space as well. Would recommend.

Went to hear The Rocksurfers play.
Lovely night.
Food was pricey, and nothing special.
Service was pretty much non existent.
One must order from a QR code, then someone runs it out to you.
They tack on a 20% Gratuity, and expect you to tip on top of that.
Drink(Small glass of wine in a plastic cup) was $8.
