My husband and I had a really enjoyable experience here for dinner! We'd previously enjoyed some cocktails & small plates with friends here but wanted to try a full dinner and we were not disappointed. Our server was lovely and attentive (unfortunately did not catch her name, she was a taller lady? Want to give her credit for great service though). The food came out at a reasonable time, not too fast or slow. Everything was hot and smelled/tasted fresh. We got many sides to share and also tried the soul food plate... The food was heavenly! Prepared well and had so much flavor beyond just salt & pepper. The recipes come across as homemade and I LOVE that. I can only speak for my 2 experiences but they've been great so far and I can't wait to come back for more!

Place only has 2’e workers ! Not upscale at all! It’s folding tables with high chairs and church chairs, WAY OVER PRICED! And I don’t think they have knowledge on what meats are what! Half of everything on their menu can’t be ordered ! LONG LONG LONGGGGGG WAIT TIMES ! And the food is definitely not CREOLe OR GOOD WHATSOEVER! People in the comments lying & must not know real creole southern meals
They are more worried about sneaking pictures of you to try and use it against you if you don’t like the food! I paid for ribeye steak and got a small slab of pork chop, collard greens are wet soggy and taste very old and leafy as if it’s been sitting out, I fell sick right after eating from here! I do not recommend I wish I could thank the DNL… the owner does not know how to come and talk to customers dining in, and the GRATUITY WAS APPLIED WITHOUT ME KNOWING AND THE SERVICE WAS VERY BAD RATE -0/100…….

Her response is completely false and very unprofessional for you to accuse me of not paying when I clearly sent the money right away after being told to pay at the front, but no one was there. Instead, I was asked to take a picture for one of your family members, which distracted me, and I immediately corrected the issue once I realized. To then make up lies about me going into another establishment is unacceptable and shows exactly the type of service and dishonesty I was warning people about in my review. Instead of attacking customers, you should focus on improving your food quality, customer service, and transparency with gratuity charges.matter fact the tab was for $120.00 but like I state you take I upon yourself to add gratuity whe it’s something earned! But me being a generous person who wouldn’t eat to this poor taste business again ! It seems you needed the $162.00 that I sent to you ! And for you to make up lies about me you to anther establishment baby I led because your service stinks ! Food nasty an etc. just shut down at this point now you Have a blessed day. I dined in for lunch today with a coworker. The food was wonderful hot and fresh. Seasoned to perfection. Portions were great. The staff wonderful. Overall a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend.

Excelling food and service! I have been eating here for 2 years and they never miss. Love the jerk, love the Mac & cheese with yams. Don’t get me started on the cat fish!!! So good. Worth every penny. Tisha and her staff are amazing. 🤩

My company staff also eat here as a team very often and we love it every time.

Worst dining experience ever. Food made me sick, took nearly two hours to come out, and wasn’t even what I ordered. Zero authentic Cajun/Creole flavor, overpriced, and half the menu isn’t available. Staff was rude, clueless, and I even saw the bartender wiping her nose while serving drinks disgusting. Owner didn’t care at all. Avoid this place at all costs. This is not a fake comment this is real so stop lying to them people.!

I recently visited your restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor, and when I went to the front to pay, there was no one available to assist me. I had to wait far longer than expected, which left me very dissatisfied.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve your customer service.

Pros: food is not greasy made in a timely manner not overly salty not overly sugary just right. Also Heather is great

Cons: literally never have what you want You would be better asking them what they don't have before ordering than what they do have extremely overpriced although we love supporting black-owned businesses adding a 20% gratuity off the bat leaves a salty taste in your mouth when you're already intending on tipping pretty well.
Today I ordered a meal that was advertised on Facebook for a $19.99 and paid about 35 bucks before tip when I showed the young lady the ad she said it was an error.
The fold out tables in the lobby give off a low budget vibe, there's never anyone at the front desk and oftentimes the staff are screaming for each other whenever food is ready you can hear the cook screaming the young lady's name to the top of his lungs. Often time their POS system doesn't work or isn't on when you're ready to pay.

After the passive aggressive response from the owner which I knew was going to happen based off all the other negative reviews I had to go back and take a star away I was hoping she would be positive and highlight some of the compliments I gave her establishment You notice she did not mention about her staff yelling back and forth, however chose to address the Dollar tree table sitting in her lobby.
There is in fact a deal supposedly going on for a catfish dinner for $15.99 today I apologize for the misinformation of $19.99 I paid all smokes 35 bucks for a lunch meal for one person. I'd also like to mention that the last time I was there the owner did not have any of the stuff that I wanted promised an extra piece of catfish but then also didn't have the extra piece of catfish to offer. Go through the other negative comments and you'll see a common reoccurrence we all can't be wrong perhaps we can spend more time trying to fix the problem then passively aggressively replying to the customers considering I was intending on being a big supporter.

Do not order this business through grubhub. We have had multiple issues with this business canceling orders well after the time the food was supposed to arrive. Last night ordered at 8:00 received confirmation of the order with a delivery time of 8:45-8:59. At 8:46 received a text saying my order was delayed and wouldn't arrive until 9:12-9:27. At 9:19 I receive a message saying my order was canceled. This is the second time I've waited over an hour after my order is CONFIRMED to have Ambiance camcorder the order. Last time we did actually receive the food it was half the size of previous orders. The hassles with the service of this restaurant completely ruin the fact that the food is good. Will not be giving this restaurant another dollar as their business model is completely broken.

*In response to Ambiance's reply, Grub Hub confirmed that your business canceled the order stating that the reason for the cancelation was the business was no longer taking online orders. Accountability goes along way in fixing mistakes. One more reason to no longer do business with you.

I had my rehearsal dinner here last month. The food was AMAZING! My family from Mississippi knows some good cooking…they loved it! The chicken was seasoned to perfection, the macaroni was yummy, the sweet potatoes were BOMB and the string beans were the best string beans I’ve ever had. The customer service was good and I was pleased.
