I visited ARBY'S on W. Riverside Blvd. Rockford, IL during the evening. I will never return because ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION the Front End Staff uses TOO MUCH PROFANITY IN THE PRESENCE OF CUSTOMERS.

Need to focus more on quality. Employees are the heart of any company. Customers will gladly go elsewhere if their money is not appreciated. They gave me the wrong fries than cold ones. They did make some fresh fries but why not make them fresh from the start. Most people don’t mind waiting for quality. Did I mention I had already been waiting before they gave me the wrong fries. Do better please. The guy at the window was nice but certainly did not understand the value of my $

Staff was very friendly and very attentive ti serve us. Have not seen this in a long time at fast food restaurant. My daughter-In-Law dropped order curly fries and the worker replaced it for us. Very clean to sit & eat my food. Have not seen this in places lately. Windows to tables to bathrooms. Floor was slightly sticky but nit a big issue because it was swept & clean. 2 adults & 2 children all enjoyed our food. Which also at other other restaurants has been bad.

Orders two plain bacon cheeseburgers and emphasizes the plain part.
*Burgers literally drenched in mustard to the point that the bun is soggy*
I can't have mustard due to an allergy. I'm done with this place. This has happened EVERY time I've come here without fail. Such standards are unprofessional and dangerous. Good riddance.

June 15th, closing shift was the final straw.

The two ladies that worked the night shift on drive thru March 9 2024 are aweful with customer service. I was told I may not be able to get my 4 beef sandwiches because they are out of beef. Then she gets back on and says they have enough with an attitude. My daughters couldn't believe the attitude these woman had. NOTE good customer service would of been checking to see if you had enough before informing a customer you may not be able to fulfill their order. Dont expect me to get upset when you tell me I cant get my order of 4 simple sandwiches! Terrible customer service
