I honestly don't usually review fast food restaurants, but wanted to give a shout-out to this one. It's an emotional day for us, as we're saying goodbye tomorrow to a beloved little dog. We know she's always begged hardest for Arby's sandwiches, so we stopped here, picked up our mobile order, and because the weather was finally beautiful, sat on the grass verge to give her this treat.
A very kind employee, during a lull in the drive-thru, saw us again and called out her window to us, asking if we wanted some dog treats. We said we would, and she quickly left the building with a handful for us before we could meet her at the window.
She didn't know it was our last day with our beloved pet, but it really means a lot when people take a minute to care on a difficult day. Thank you. Wish we had a thousand more happy drive-thru days.
