Okay, so me and my mom were just waiting in line and we see a lady after bringing food to another car pull out a vape and blew it up. Then she gave us OUR food WITHOUT washing her hands afterwards in my opinion she should be fired. Arby's I have no idea what your policy is but please do something about this.

Food was not that great. Not sure what it was but, differently not as good as Arby's usually is. I think there were only a couple other people in there.
Garbage outside was full, girl that took the order threw my Dr Pepper no ice at me because I requested no ice. She didn't listen and had to remake it. Snatched my card out my hand, and acted absolutely like I was a both even while I was ordering. Got the food, it was cold.
