When you pull up and you order a 9 piece nuggets that's all and it takes 12 min that's ridiculous I didn't have time to complain to management....yes my nuggets were fresh and hot but they forgot to drop them I overheard the conversation and then they asked me to pull up and I waited yes they were fresh and hot and delicious but I will never stop there again on my way to work.

Just the other night, I had went through the drive through and came across the nicest worker ever.. He was patient while taking my order ( unlike most places), very helpful with explaining the deals to save me money, and had the best attitude! This person needs a raise !

The curly fries are always amazing!But come on Arby's! It's almost 2024! Get with the program and offer a veggie burger or some sort of Vegan option like EVERY other restaurant chain. Not everyone likes to consume dead animal parts.Meat causes cancer! Google it.Dietary restrictions: Plant based

The server found out it was my patents 38 wedding anniversary, but together 45 years. He was sweet and brought them an apple turnover for them to celebrate ? ❤️TANG THE NELL OF GREAT SERVICE ON THE WAY OUT.very pleased and will be back soon. Thank you Arby's staff!

Classic Arby’s food served extremely hot and as usual tasty. It was the staff that really made this a five star experience. Unbelievably friendly and cheerful. The store is very clean and even though there is a steady traffic, it was not long to get our food at all. Five stars!
