Baci's Kitchen- Cafe' and Pizzeria

First time here...not disappointed. Wonderful service, LOTS to choose from on the menu and generous portions! Dining on one side, a cozy bar on the other side...a few gambling machines there also.

Overcooked omelets with burnt hash browns and all served on beautiful old chipped and cracked plates. What a joke! And when attempting to use the washrooms, we were told that they were out of order and to go ahead and use them anyway. You can imagine how that looked. How does a restaurant like that stay open or even be allowed by the health department to remain open!? Beware.......

Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. Third time there. Enjoyed each occasion! Will be returning.

I ordered two large breakfast pizzas today, and they were fantastic! Everyone there was super friendly as well! I am definitely a fan from this point on! Well done Baci’s Kitchen!!!

Went for breakfast and waited for an hour for our food. There were no vegans options so my wife ordered a veggie pizza with no cheese. She didn’t see that there were eggs supposed to be on it. The waitress brings a pizza with sausage, cheese, and eggs and we send it back but she argues with us that we ordered it like that. My pizza had so many eggs it’s was more of an omelette than a breakfast pizza. The table next to us had been there so long that they got up and left before their food came. We were there almost 2 hours and very disappointed with the food, the service, the waiting, the menu. We even heard the cook loudly complain and say “I gotta make this again?!”. We won’t be going back.

I ordered a couple of calzones. They were pretty tasty. I had two problems that kept me from perfection. 1. They said they were busy and that it would at least be 45 mins. I showed up exactly 45 min later and when my order came out it wasnt hot. 2. The worst marinara sauce I've ever had in my life. Go here and just use a different sauce and you will be set!

The place is really nice looking, clean, good outdoor seating area. Service was polite and not slow. But the food. We orded blackened chicken tortellini and the chicken florentine. The tortellini had watery tasteless sauce and the chicken had no trace of blackening season at all. The florentine was dry with little to no sauce, and the chicken tasted boiled with a fast sear put on for decoration. Very disappointed. Service was good, but the food was not.

Food was bland and disappointing. Ordered chicken Parm, was given chicken Florentine. When I pointed it out I was told, "this is our chicken parm it comes pre-stuffed." Vegetables were not cooked and my wife's mango chicken literally was a frozen chicken breast that was heated with mangoes cut up and put on top. They forgot our appetizer then brought it after we started our entrees.

Amazing menu, fast service, great food and you will need boxes to take home. great value for the money and attentive waitstaff.

Oh my goodness this place is amazing. So many great choices and the food is so fresh. I had the shrimp protein bowl, which was excellent. We had the chips, guacamole and salsa as our appetizer and it was so yummy. Wait staff was nice and friendly. Family and group friendly.

Best place to eat great food and relax! HAILEY was my Waitress was as good as it gets. Super friendly, positive energy and an all around sweet heart ❤ If you end up at Baci's for a delicious burger or a Mimosa Tower be sure to Tip the wait staff for there exceptional service and even better positive attitudes!!!

Everything is excellent. Mimosas and sangrias to wash everything down!

The food was bland especially the pizza. Customer service by the manager was poor as he couldn't spare a minute to talk to me as I wanted to provide feedback. When I asked for the manager a different server came to act on his behalf. She was clearly not trained to communicate to customers even after I made it clear I was paying for the meal. She was combative when I was trying to give constructive feedback on the food quality. This was my first and will be my last time coming here. I suggest the manager Nick O step up and greet his paying customers when they have concerns and not put his staff in an awkward position.

The food was well prepared with a good blend of seasons that did not overpower the food. A pleasant dining experience with exceptionally friendly staff.

My spouse and I tried this restaurant for the first time and found the food bland and attention to Customers lacking. I ordered the flatbread which is not really a flatbread. It was a neopolitan style (thick) pizza and it lacked flavor. After trying less than a 1/4 of the order, I ordered another meal (Italian beef) to give this restaurant another try. I wanted to provide constructive feedback to the Manager on the flatbread with intention to pay for that order. When I asked for a Manager, a different server came to us to help as she stated the Manager was busy. Her behavior and communication style was unprofessional, defensive, and condescending. She stated it was policy not to reimburse a meal because we ate more than 1/2 of it which is untrue. I emphasized that we are paying for the meal, but wanted to provide feedback as Customer Service and feedback should be priority. She disagreed that customer service should be the focus...policy was more significant.The restaurant was at 40% capacity and the Manager, Nick O, did not come out to address customer concerns. Instead, he sends his staff member who has no training in communication to address customers. It is unfair for the staff to be put in that type of position.We wanted to like this restaurant as we just moved to town and were looking for a go-to restaurant. I do not recommend this establishment. If you are looking for traditional flatbread, go to Tavern on the Clark. If you are looking for a Manager that talks to their customers face to face, go to Stone Eagle.Special shout out to our Server who was kind and excellent in her role. She had expressed her thoughts to the Manager. She deserves to work in a more inclusive workplace where her voice is heard and support is given by Management.
