Stopped in after long hike on a beautiful day. Was surprised that they were so busy on a weekday. Realized that there was a group there for a special event. Even so, the owners made sure we had a table, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Drinks were outstanding, good pours, and reasonably priced. Had a few sample tastings of specialty blends, which were exceptional. Can’t wait to go back

Love this place! Visited in late December. Great atmosphere. Love owners Addie and Tim. Probably sampled all their spirits after a very interesting tour. The cucumber vodka is the secret ingredient for a delicious bloody mary. Can't wait to return in warmer weather and enjoy the beautiful outdoor space.

Rya Morse was fun to watch on my first trip to the distillery. Just perfect setting. The sound was pleasant despite the metal barn. Loved the glass. She is in Nashville now.

A small unpaved road makes it easy to miss when driving by so trust your navigation when it says the turn is coming up. They have some really fantastic whiskeys here as well as cocktails that really seemed to embrace the liquor it was paired with. Great views in the outdoor seating area.

This might be my favorite local Illinois distillery. Located in a country-like setting on the outskirts of Rockford,they produce whiskey,bourbon,vodka,rum as well as specialty spirits.
Located on a 22 acre farm that grows vegetables,fruits and herbs that are all used at the distillery.
Open Fri-Sun with food available but check their website for specific hours. Live music most of the time as well.
My wife had a Lavender Lemon Martini which was very refreshing but she said she would have liked to taste more lavender.
I had a Bourbon Old Fashion instead of their Whiskey Old Fashion and it was absolutely delicious.
I would like to try one of their Whiskey flights on my next visit as they do sell bottles to go

I convinced my friend to go with me last night. The vibe was kinda cute but awkward, kind of got nursing home vibes(definitely an age 55 and up place), but we went in positive. I love trying out new places, and I had never been there before, so I asked questions about the menus and it felt like I was bothering her by asking questions, I could hear the annoyance in her voice, though I know she kept trying to sound friendly. She stopped sounding so annoyed by payment time. I was happy we tried it, but neither of us would return. We shared a 6 shot flight and each got the same mixed drink to chase, but none of the shots were good, in our opinion. We were arguing about who had to finish these shots, they were landing hot in the stomach and flaming up out of our noses, we just wanted out ??
