I have had multiple situations where I go before the listed close time and they have already closed. I asked an employee last time I was there and she said it’s because they were slow. So make sure to call before you go!

My family and I tried to get ice cream at 8:30pm but when we go there the workers had already closed up. Even though on their website and store hours it said they are open till 9:00pm. So if they ARE closing early they should change their stores hours.

I ordered ice cream thru DoorDash for my family. They decided to cancel a double scoop of ice cream and noted out of stock. I understand a flavor being out of stock but you have multiple flavors, why not call the customer and ask if they want a different flavor? So after paying a ridiculous amount to have it delivered you short my order and leave one kid without ice cream. Obviously I went and picked something else up for him but how inconvenient and rude to not address the issue before just cancelling part of the order. Common sense would be to call and offer one of the many other flavors you pride yourself on having.

We dropped in after watching the free Wednesday Blues concert at the Burpee Museum for a quick snack.The ice cream cases were packed with many good flavors, and there was a constant stream of people buying ice cream. We timed it right by luck, and were able to walk in and order.We each ordered a scoop of choice (I had the Triple Mango) which was served with a generous scoop, and tasted great. It really hit the spot.The place was fairly clean, but the mall it's in is kind of tired. That isn't the shops fault, but it probably hurts foot traffic.If you need a snack, this place is open until 9:00 pm. Go for it!

This place is always filthy now. Three employees working. Not many customers floors, tables inside and out. Counters and glass is dirty. Every garbage was overflowing.

***Update for owner response ** location 4180 Newburg Rd, Rockford, IL 61108 date october 14th 2022Open sign on its 804 pm they close at 9 oct 14 th pm and the guy locked up ans shook his head as multipeople came up to the door and walkes to the back to hide
