I got the sante fe chicken salad and it had almost no chicken. The pieces were also so small, it looked like the left over cutting scraps from the chicken.

We are blessed to have Beef-A-Roo in Rockford Illinois they have such amazing food highly recommend trying there cheese fries you won't be disappointed. The atmosphere at all their locations is nostalgic and easy going. Great service also. Definitely 5 Star all the way around.

some black dude in the back handling my food didnt have any gloves on.
The younger employees lack a sense of urgency/lazy. I always hear them complaining about doing their jobs.
I saw whom I believe is the manager during the nights touch some burgers with his bare hands.
on top of that, he seems to be really impatient. passing out undercooked fries, and undercooked burgers...

It was freezing cold in the dining room. The floor is greasy/slippery. The ketchup and napkin dispensers were empty. It's sure not the same as when it was locally owned.

Went to the Beef A Roo on Auburn St. at 9:49. They close at 10:00. The employee said that they were close. I replied and said it’s not “10:00 yet.” She then replied and said “we’re ran out of everything.” Lying is bad customer service. Closing 11 minutes early is bad customer service. Very unsatisfactory service. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Please train your employees in customer service.

Childhood favorite! Was great to take my family back to enjoy it! We spent less with one extra person than we do back in LV for our family! Miss prices of great food in the Midwest, will be back next trip!

Hamburger was paper thin and crispy like a potato chip. My son couldn’t even bite into the grilled cheese the brought was so tough. Highly disappointed.
