Hamburger was paper thin and crispy like a potato chip. My son couldn’t even bite into the grilled cheese the brought was so tough. Highly disappointed.

Beefaroo Pittsburg, Please train your staff better. We waited 35 minutes after placing our order to get our food, 2 burgers and 2 fries. Meanwhile, another gentleman ordered shortly after us and received his food first. And, also, an employee ordered after her shift ended, and received her food first. I understand there were drive thru people as well, but we should not have had to wait so long, as it seemed well staffed. Secondly, I really did not want to hear who appeared to be the manager tell a staff member to change gloves every half hour to hour, as he was touching utensils....🤢. P.S. The food was okay. I did enjoy my sweet potato waffle fries. Hubby's onion rings were a bit overdone, but not too bad. Anyone that has known me for any length of time knows I have worked in food service for 15+ years, so I didn't say this to be mean or spiteful. I say this as constructive criticism so improvements may be made. Have a very Merry Christmas!!

Ate at the Pittsburg, KS location.. the food wasn’t terrible and the staff was wonderful. But those prices are ridiculous. The food was decent, but I don’t plan on going back. You can go to a sit-down restaurant and get better quality for a lower price point.

Went with my wife for the first time today. Excellent burger and sandwich for fastfood. Will definitely be back.

As soon as you walk in you smell sewage!! I thought it was outside until I got my food!!!! My bag the cup my fries were in the wrapper around my burger!!!! Smelt the same! I couldn't even eat it!! It's sad that used to be the best beef a roo in Rockford! Now it smells like an out house!!(

I frequent various beef a roo locations throughout rockford . I love their selection of food. I aso like that thr drive through is always reasonable

They have a variety of food menue items. They are all delicious . I am partial to the sandwiches and beef sandwiches.

My go-to is the Swiss mushroom beef and the avocado turkey sandwiches.

Their salads are also great!! So many

There is plenty of parking outside. There are plenty of dining room tables for eating in.

I really thought this was going to be like a Portillo's instead it's like an Arby's or Hardee's. So I was bummed I couldn't get an Italian beef I ended up getting a burger cheese fries loaded baked potato and a Santa Fe salad. I must say it was pretty good and nice size portions.

Ordered a crispy chicken and it was old. I didn't check my food before i left so that's my fault however the food cost to much to be old and nasty. Money completely wasted.

A clean, peaceful location which honors the history of Rockford, Illinois in it's decor. Good quality food, good options to choose from.

Food and service has gone downhill. I'm not sure if it's lack of training or a stressful environment but everyone is always moody. Food is 50/50 now. Used to ALWAYS be fresh. Now it's stale or barely warm. Wait time is outrageous then they forget you're outside. I see it's more kids now but where are the adults. This was always the best fast food in the city not anymore. It's ONLY this location (auburn street)
