Waited 17 minutes in the drive up from placing my order for 1 sandwich and 1 fry to getting my order at the window. When I said something about the wait time for 1 sandwich, she yelled at me. Lousy customer service. Will never cone back

Arrived at 11 AM for my 30 minutes of lunch only to wait in line at the register taking 10 minutes to order because this location cannot properly train the person that they are throwing on the register. Then it took another 30 minutes just to get a roast beef and a buffalo chicken wrap which I was charged $.99 for removing the Blue cheese from the wrap. When we went to the counter to get that refunded, we let them know that the person on the register needed help and they said we know and walked away. Please get this store some proper training as this is a very, very busy location to have someone not know what they’re doing during the lunch rush.

The food quality has just gone downhill. The new wrappers they are using smell so gross and leave your bun tasting like the wrapper. The chicken fingers were cold. So sad to compared to how Beef a Roo was just a couple of years ago.

I ordered two burgers and fries and cheese and no bacon and it was full of bacon bits
I got the sante fe chicken salad and it had almost no chicken. The pieces were also so small, it looked like the left over cutting scraps from the chicken.

We are blessed to have Beef-A-Roo in Rockford Illinois they have such amazing food highly recommend trying there cheese fries you won't be disappointed. The atmosphere at all their locations is nostalgic and easy going. Great service also. Definitely 5 Star all the way around.
