First-timer did t quite know what to expect. Italian beef? Nope. Kinda like Culver's meets Arby's in a weird way - BUT way better than Arby's and as good or better than Culver's, too! The regular beef sandwich was piled high with delicious shaved roast beef. So much great flavor. My sister's burger was excellent and the fries were very good. Service was friendly and the place is clean. I will definitely be back - just don't expect an Italian Beef and you'll be good!!!

I ordered a chopped salad with sub feta cheese instead of Bleu cheese because I don't like blue cheese . I called the beefaroo when I got home to let them know they got my order wrong and they would replace it. It took me a couple of days to get my replacement order because I've been so busy with work and my kids. But I won go there ever again . Seems like they can't do anything right whenever I go. Auburn st is the only beefaroo I would never go to again . Poor customer service especially the managers.

I always love my food from here. I always get the turkey avocado jack wrap, onion rings and a shake. Beef a roo has my favorite shakes.Kid-friendliness: Each location has a different theme, my kids like to take turns picking which one we go to.
The food is pretty typical of any decent fast food chain. Beef-A-Roo is a local staple that most people around the town enjoy, so i think 3 stars is fair.

I used to get very poor customer service from this location and I initially gave them three stars. But lately the customer service seems to have improved. The food is good, except for that half of grilled cheese sandwich that's supposed to be a whole. And if you're looking for a fast food option thats vegetarian or vegan, you may have to tweak some things but you can find that here.
