We haven't been in a while but decided to get because the food has always been good. Well, not anymore. I got a western burger and the pictures on the web are completely false. My husband got a cheeseburger and we both got fries. He was in the drive thru and stopped in the parking lot to check the order and my burger wasn't there so he had to go back. The burgers were terrible. They were flat and I got raw onions instead of onion rings on my western. His burger wasn't cooked all the way which I can't believe considering they were hockey pucks like you get at McDonald's. We are never going back. It wasn't cheap either but really should've been.

Attention to detail - FAIL. Friendly staff, very kind and polite. But damn can they screw up an order. Don't ever pull away from there thinking everything is fine. Got back on the road with 5 sandwiches and cheese fries with not 1 napkin for anyone, no forks either. Plain sandwiches with no toppings, not ordered that way. ??? Honestly, it's never, ever right.

The only complaint I have is they DO take a bit to get you your food… not an INORDINATELY long time or anything… but their food is better than ALOT of fast food places
The drive thru service is so slow! They make you wait 10 minutes to pay and then another 10 minutes to get your food. I don’t recommend going there on your lunch hour. Also, I’m always getting cut off when ordering. I used to love this place but now that there are new owners and Beef A Roo has become a franchise it’s just not the same. It has become ridiculously expensive and for how expensive it is, I would hope that there would be better service.

Their breakfast is fantastic, the prices are fair and the staff is very nice! Always have loved beefaroo, even moreso since they added breakfast. There's really not a bad choice anywhere on their menu imo.
