Our friends had hyped this restaurant, but we were very disappointed…
➡️Service was horrible- only kiosk ordering, so the line for the two kiosks was long
➡️Ordering from the kiosk means that you can’t order a combo meal- everything is a la carte. And you can’t get a senior discount
➡️Bathrooms were very dirty
➡️Don’t waste your money on the gluten free bun- as soon as it gets any sauce on it, it starts to disintegrate

We were served promptly when entering, Nina was the cashier and was so sweet and kind. She explained the options and was very patient when it took our group a bit to decide what to order. The food was fresh and hot. The milkshakes were ice cold. The cheddar cheese fries were even better than we remembered!

Have been to this Rockford Beef-a-roo quite often. Have gone inside to eat as well as the drive thru. Always a great experience. Went through the drive-thru today and Ty was extremely polite and kind. Thank you Beef-a-roo for having such awesome employees like Ty!
