Love Beefaroo but this location has a terrible sewer problem! Something in there has smelled so foul we couldn’t stay. Have gone the past two Fridays with my daughter after school and it’s so bad we cannot sit inside. If it’s your only visit to a beefaroo in town, I suggest one of the other amazing locations.

We live close by so we come here all the time. We've never been disappointed by this location. Since they've added breakfast items we are here even more frequently. Everyone is friendly and the food is always hot and fresh.

Okay I love Beef-A-Roo but, the breakfast is a no! Waste of 12 bucks , stick to the cheddar fry’s and abandon the breakfast. ?

To whom it may concern,My name is (removed) and I have two complaints I'd like to express. These complaints are regarding the highcrest location in Rockford, IL. The first one involved a drive through interaction from the evening of 3/31. My fiance and I were in the drive though, was greeted with a "give us a couple minutes", and then we proceeded to wait over 5 minutes for someone to take or order. During that time, a line was ever growing behind us. We watched an employee lean out of the side door to the building and use a vape device. Apparently that was a priority. We drove off, feeling like our time nor potential business was being respected and went to Culver's instead.The second instance was from tonight 4/4. We placed an online ordered. My fiance went to pick it up only to come home with only part of the order filled. I had to drive back to the highcrest beefaRoo to get the rest of the food that we've paid for. This is ridiculous. We expect something from you in order to keep our business. We have no reason to patronize this establishment anymore. Please contact me. I will be leaving this message as an online review until contacted and convinced to give this restaurant another chance.

The young guy at the counter was so friendly he gave my son a chocolate shake on the house cuz he was having a rough day that made our day :)

Dietary restrictions: My daughter has a dairy allergy and she usually has 3 or 4 options she can order and we are able to modify her order so that she doesn't have to worry about her allergy.
The five piece chicken strips were delicious as usual. This was my first time getting the fried Cheese curds and they were fresh and delicious.

I just adore the salads...a bit upset as they told me at other store that they were ALL available all year long. But I couldn't get the berry one as it's seasonal AGAIN. Brownie is REALLY good and I love the onion rings. Really good food.
Vegetarian options: You most likely will need small adjustments like no meat. But they have yummy veg sandwiches with just cheese and lots of veg on bread.
Dietary restrictions: They have so many choices like that veggie sandwich. Thanks for reminding me! Forgot that. But it's not vegan. Vegetarian. Plenty of options for that. And if you need hi fiber or protein.The veggie cheese and chicken are what I love.
