Ordered a kids meal, cheeseburger only ketchup and fries. Everything was on the burger it was cold, drink wasn’t even filled to the top and got barely any fries. Fries were flipped upside down in the box don’t come here it is horrible!!

6PM on a Sunday - using the app, we placed our food order before we got there, but still ended-up waiting more than 5-minutes for our simple order (Big Mac meal, 2-cheeseburger meal). Usually, a wait means fresh, hot food - not the case here (the cheese wasn't even melted)

2 weeks in a row. This mcdonald’s has a thing with messing up people’s orders then get mad when we complain. if you don’t like when we complain, don’t make us pay for a messed up order that was messed up 3 TIMES in ONE morning. Wouldn’t recommend. will definitely be going somewhere else.
