We have been here many times. We love the wings and burgers. However, yesterday our experience was absolutely horrible. We waited far too long for our food. We both ordered the same thing. My husband got his food it was cold. My food came out half hour later. Cold. I ended up.just sharing my husband's by now COLD burger and COLD onion rings. I just have to wonder what happened. Did all the cooks get fired/deported? It's very disappointing to pay 96.00 for cold food. And the wait time for 2 burgers is just ridiculous. By the way, the burger was NOT GOO! At all. Hire more cooks!!!!!!!!

Sports bars are so 90s. The wings are terrible, they count half of one as a whole and charge you double for what you get. Abhorrent. The ladies that work there flirt way too much for that tip. The drinks are also way overpriced.

Was there for 25 minutes. First waiting to get seated took TEN WHOLE MINUTES. We saw a total of four workers, working when we sere waiting to get seated, none helped. The one that finally helped could have helped by talked with her friends instead. She also never really addressed her apology but thats fine. We got seated. We waited 15 minutes when sitting and never got served. Why? Because of the waiter entertaining her friends instead of the tables to serve. Do not go to this location ever. Also i wish i got rate the food but we never even got a drink

Atmosphere was cold, manager said would check thermostat. Remained cold with most people keeping on jacket on wearing long sleeves. Ordered kid menu macaroni, dry pasta. Ordered 20 wings with mango habanero, carribean jerk and asian zing, wings were dry. Receieved 6 flats and 14 drums. Ordered trio sauce queso, guac and salsa with chips. Chips were crunchy, salted and good. Cost with tip approximately $75.
Parking: Free parking lot in front of restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Yes open space, plenty television.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes from parking lot to restrooms.

I ordered & prepaid 1 hour ahead online, got to place, they don’t even offer “To Go” or “Park & pick up”, so I had to go wait inside for another Oh, about 10-15mins just to get someone attention. My food came out finally flipped over with sauce all over my order.

Rockford, stay away from this BDubs location! Me & my fiancee went out to eat here yesterday at around 3pm. It was extremely dead, maybe one big table next to us but no customers really. So why did we have to wait 15 mins to even get a drink? The server we finally did get was no help at all anyways, she never gave me one drink refill, the only time we saw her was when we got our first & only drink, when we got our food & when she gave us the bill. Very lazy & not welcoming at all. My burger also gave me a massive stomach ache because it was drenched in oil, tasted like the grill hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. What a shame, this location used to be so good. I will not be returning!
The TVs were so loud you could barely have a conversation. But other than that the experience was very enjoyable

Best experience I’ve had is at this Bdubs! I’m from Michigan and just moved to IL, and everyone was very friendly at this location and I got the help I needed when trying to use birthday reward. I will be back for an eat in experience tho soon 😊
