Our server named Leslie had an attitude the whole time got our drinks wrong every single time. We had an order of traditional wings and brought out boneless wings, and our appetizer didn’t come out until our food arrived. Didnt come up to our table at all had to ask for drinks multiple times and as we were walking out gave us the dirtiest look when we were leaving. Definitely not coming again.

I don’t typically write reviews, but tonight i was appalled at the service I received. Me and my long time friend from out of town went in to enjoy a beer and some food. Everything went smoothly, until it didn’t!! We were able to get through our food and our first drinks before we were approached by the manger. AFTER the fact they had served us, Chase the Manager Told My friend his ID was fake and we could no longer be served.We asked if there is any other form of identification, he said yes a passport per say. So we friend pulled up a photo of his passport to prove his age. We were still refused after doing what was asked for identification. We then weren’t refunded our drinks.

Never go here if you want a good time.

Food was good but the service was pretty slow I’m not blaming the staff they did say there was a 25 min due to short staffing. The staff was great but we got a table and waited almost an hour for the food .

Service was no good at all, food was also pretty low quality. Bathroom was disgusting, no paper towels, and had a broken sink. Honestly the restaurant was a mess. Not busy either, won’t be coming back to the Rockford location.

This place is disrespectful at your finest, I called in for take out and the lady who answered was very rude and hung up the phone in my face. And there excuse was they are busy. Everyone is busy it does not mean you can be rude and hang up on people before they finish there order, for no reason! I will make sure this is the last time me and my family ever order from here again 10-25-25 7:10 pm..rockford location!
Pure trash service, I am a business owner and even if we are wrong or busy we never treat people like this! Commen courtesy goes a long way!

Got there with my 13 and 9 year old sons and there was a wait even though there was a lot of empty tables. No doubt staffing is tough. A group of 6 younger adults came in way after us and decided to sit at the bar because they could sit “at the rail” immediately… but was clear we’d all have to wait for a table. They walked towards the bar and couldn’t find six seats together so a waiter went and put a table together for them. Completely skipped all of us that were waiting. Terrible service.

10/13/25 at 2PM a family of 5 came in and waited 10 minutes to be seated there were 10 or less tables and 5 floor staff that I could see serving. We were seated and the server was Justice, we were eye rolled during the order then we received the appetizer with only 4 motz sticks when it should be 6 for the appetizer. We received our food order and it was missing 10 wings. We let her know and she then rolled her eyes and walked away. The frys were cold and gross, the wings were got were not fresh, and missing the carrots we ordered. She brought the carrots when I let her know but then we got out bill. We ordered 30 wings total and the bill had 40 billed so I let her know and she said it was removed but I clearly could see it had not since there was two positive charges for 10 and only one negative. The manager came out and I explained again she loudly snatched the bill in front of other customers with an attitude and said I’ll go remove it then while she’s walking away. This was about 4:05 because it took forever to get our cold gross food. I don’t recommend. Disrespectful staff and the manager working a younger dark haired girl was absolutely unprofessional and unpleasant. Paid $86 for gross food and unpleasant staff. We arrived at about 5:40 pm and had ordered within about 5 minutes after being seated. By 6:15 pm still no food I had to ask about our order and was told ill check on it a few minutes later my food came out put not the other order. About 3 minutes later the other order came. I Had ordered the grilled dippers 3peice and the other order was wngs. My chicken was cold and overcooked very dry and tough the wings were cold as well. The chicken dippers were maybe 3 inches long if that and for 4 almost non existent pieces of chicken it was $10.49. There service there is absolutely awful. For both orders to come out cold they had to have sat back in the kitchen. I will never be back there again.
