I love the service here on auburn..they r always very friendly and my food is always hot n fresh n I am thru the drive thru quickly..I will always choose this spot over any other fast food around..my fav..!!!!
We went though the drive through last night around 6pm. The woman that took the money was not a very happy person, not friendly at all but most importantly she WAS NOT WEARING HER MASK PROPERLY. We were following guidelines and wearing our masks, she has hers down around her chin. It was not covering her nose or mouth. She acted like we were bothering her, you need to find someone that really needs a job and if nice to your customers. Will not be going back if you workers don't...read full review
service at the burger king on auburn st rockford il sucks unless store manager is there. they kept putting in the wrong item then wrong size. tried to say I changed my mind. no I didn't. I just had to keep correcting you. still got home and some of it was wrong. food was ok. service bad. has happened last few times I've been there. learn to take an order. listen to customer don't just assume you are so good that you know what people want before they ask.
