I had ordered some breakfast one day and when I came to pick it up they said it was too late to get my order. I spoke with Lee Anne the manager she was very unprofessional and unapologetic because she told me they never received the order which they did because it came out of my bank . Lee Anne wouldn't issue me a refund and kept saying I had to do it on the app which by the way there is no way to refund it only by going to the store.IThis business stole my money and I didn't get my breakfast either. Where is all the money they steal going? Im sure im not the only one who got screwed over.Never will I step in that place again

Girl that handles the drive through during the evening has an attitude problem. Made me feel unwelcome a few times for ordering my fries well done or trying to get something off the broiler. The straw that broke the camels back was when she gave me attitude this evening like asking for well done fries was a problem and then my fries ended up old and soft when I got them I was the ONLY person in the drive through no one infront or behind I would have waited...I don't believe she even wrote it on the ticket. And if she did and it wasn't her mistake, her attitude made it look personal and thats the problem. I went in and asked for my money back. I can't trust the food here now. they could have even re dropped the fries and I would have been satisfied. I will not eat here anymore. And im telling everybody. Find another Job that doesn't make u miserable. Misery shines out of you. your supposed to be enthusiastic in your position. Around 630p sun Dec 28

Everything was hot and fresh. What you've come to expect from BK.
Went again after years of not going, thinking it would be better since the remodel....HAHAHAHA, won't be back. Drive thru is SUPER slow, sandwiches are thrown together cheese was hanging off the side-only half of it on the actual burger, hardly any lettuce or onion. Not worth the money.
