This place is normally slow, but today was different. Even though I was the first in line, I had to wait over 7 minutes for a whopper jr, even though it sat on the counter as they served everyone else after me. When I asked why it sat there they claimed I didn't come when they called my number, which they never did, I never even walked away from the counter area.

the opening manager was so rude screamed at me and yelled at me to get off of his private property had no consideration that my muffler had just fallen off he wanted me out immediately do people not have any kind of empathy or compassion in this world anymore it's not like the store was even open there was still 30 minutes before the store opened then he screams I'm going to call the police on you like really it's unnecessary all that hate evil just let it go

This was my first trip to my local Burger King since moving to the area. I wanted to know if this location made nice fresh food or if I'd be disappointed. All of our food was perfect and my munchie craving was squashed. They make a killer Rodeo Burger btw. We will be back. Oh yeah.... check out the BK app. They gave us a free large fry for spending more than $3. My wife and I each placed an order and in total spent $19 for 8 Rodeos, 1 Whopper Jr and 2 large fries. How can you go wrong?

You know I'm Mr Loomis Mr Southside don't confuse me with SNL but whenever we in Rockford Burger King on Riverside mandatory they cook all the food fresh there are very helpful and respectful the lobby is always clean the bathroom is always clean hands down this is the best Burger King in Rockford tell me I'm lying I'll wait.... Keep up the good work gang me and my son pardon me, my son and I will be back next week thank you guys keep up the good work

This Burger King on W. Riverside by North Towne Mall makes their Impossible Whoppers fresh to order. That is why I come here. To me it is well worth the short wait and it is delicious! I always go through the drive through. The staff is always efficient and friendly. Always a great experience.
