Got an order..... with a drink. Waited at second window. Guy passing the bag so rude and miserable barely says anything. I said I'm waiting for my drink. He rolls eyes goes back. Come with receipt says there isn't a drink on there. I said I ordered it so... and it doesn't matter here's my card. Raises his hands up high says gotta go around if you want it! I went next door to Arby's! And got my drink!!!!! Incompetent to make a correct order. Then just ride for their mistake.

Last 2 times I was there I order the double whopper junior with cheese no lettuce extra onions. Each time I received a SINGLE burger. Not good!

Discriminatory behavior in regards to race and an ignorant management that refused to serve children based on their ethnicity. Don't go here! Check out Beefaroo instead - better service NOT served with a side of racism!

As an Asian American service member who is currently deployed, I am really upset at the management at this location. This was my go-to location for the past 20 years and now the staff and management discriminates and refused service to an ethnic group based on the outbreak of a virus that has nothing to do with them or any race or whatever the hell there is out there. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
I hope you guys lose business and really hope the entire staff that had something to do with that entire bs there, lose your jobs because of your unprofessionalism. Don’t worry its not hard to replace a bunch of dirt bags. You guys are replaceable. Smdh can’t believe this is happening in Rockford.
