Best BK in the Rockford area!!
This is by far a sorry excuse for a Burger King. My father is TRUCK DRIVER from Ohio and he is exposing himself to this COVID-19 stuff on a daily basis and you have the audacity to TURN HIM AWAY?! 😡 He is staying at Holiday Inn (clearly cant pull his semi through the drive thru) so he walked over. Worst wait ever! Had 1 car in front of me and waited for 8 mins then I waited another 5 at the window to leave and all my food was wrong. Went back and customer service did nothing but say sorry and refund my money after the manager told me I had to go back outside to get my change in order to be refunded, what... I spent my whole lunch period in line with one car, driving back with wrong food to now having no time for lunch or even a lunch!!! Managers excuse was she was on break...read full review
