I would give 5 stars across the board, because the morning staff before 3 I will say is excellent. But the staff after 3 is god awful. I have visited this location four times while visiting my home town. Both of my morning visits my food was warm and fresh with great customer service. My two visits here after 3 the service was awful. The workers where rude. The lady taking my orde should be retrained. For one you don’t get on a intercom nasty than when I get to the window your in your phone having a conversation. But I placed my order even asked that they make sure my food was hot as it’s been old and cold. She stated what. So I repeated my request. She laughed and said yep. Once I got to my hotel room that is in the same area as the restaurant I went to eat my dinner everything was cold. My fries even still kinda seemed under cooked.my burger was cold no warmth to it. The night staff needs to do better. If I’m paying $15 for a meal. It should be fresh and hot. I will not be coming back here again

Terrible i asked for a BACON patty melt and a DR PEPPER and she gave me DIET PEPSI and a mushroom patty melt and we already pulled away when I figured my sandwich was wrong but I figured my drink was wrong at the 2nd window an my stepdad asked the lady to change it to DR PEPPER and she DIDNT CHANGE

I came to Burger King hoping to “have it my way,” but apparently, “my way” includes grumpy staff, limp fries, and a burger that looked like it was assembled during an earthquake.
Let’s start with the food: the Whopper was a sad, lukewarm mess, complete with soggy lettuce and a bun that looked like it had been personally stomped by the King himself. The fries? More stale than a week-old breadstick, and about as appetizing. Even the soda machine joined in on the disappointment by offering nothing but ice water in a Coke disguise.
But the real letdown? The staff. They weren’t outright rude, but they acted like taking my order was an inconvenience. No smiles, no energy—just the vibes of people who’d rather be anywhere else. The drive-thru speaker sounded like it was from the 1980s, and the communication was so garbled I half expected my order to come out as a taco.
To make things worse, the dining area wasn’t much better. Sticky tables, overflowing trash cans, and a general air of “we stopped caring a while ago.”
All in all, Burger King gets a 2 out of 5. If the staff could muster even a little friendliness and the food wasn’t a disaster, this could’ve been salvageable. Until then, I’ll be crowning a different fast-food joint as my go-to.

Cold food, when they forget the food you paid for, you get an attitude
I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to Burger King, especially considering it was a busy holiday weekend. Despite appearing short-staffed, the team delivered exceptional service. Our order was 100% accurate, the food was fresh, and it came out incredibly fast. It’s not easy to keep up under those conditions, but they managed to provide a great experience. Kudos to the hardworking staff for keeping things running smoothly!

They never seem to get my impossible burger made right. I've tried and tried but they just make it how they are used to making it which is annoying.
The price does change based on location even if in the same town. Another annoyance.
Liked the free any size fry. That was the best part. And I do love their impossible burger. Just want it made my way. Please and thank you.

At the drive-thru they have zero idea what their doing. Wrong order ahead of me and waited for my mobile order a bit long. They were not busy but they were laughing so glad their in a good mood. Would not go back to this location.

Shaun and Crystal are always super friendly and pleasant to talk too, great customer service from the staff here, food is always on point and it's always quick, there's a reason why this is the only Burger King I really go to.

Literally just gave me potato bites that taste like they’re from days ago. Not fresh at all, hard as rock. Then I asked for crispier bacon and they gave me practically raw bacon.

Absolutely! The worst Burger King I've ever been to. Slow service, got the order wrong, half the food cold, extremely disappointed, Burger King corporate needs to look at this store. Would not recommend this store. Stay away!

Shawn and the team were amazing. Had a computer problem but handle customers under pressure. This morning team needs to be recognized for this.
