Capri! Our first time eating there since the new location and I honestly thought it is not going to be as good as the State location but I was slapped in the face with the SAME delicious food and amazing service! So shame on me for thinking any less than the best because I know that is what Capri is! Huge shout out to you all again as our food was delicious and the same, maybe even better!

Need to show some respect
I am not one to complain, but the service and lack of respect I got from what I assume is the manager at Capri tonight was inexcusable! They have great food, but they have lost my business.
I called and ordered a Large Pizza with everything, but the fish items and a large tossed salad. She didn't know what I was referring to as a large salad, I told her I usually pay 13 something for it and get 2 pint size containers of blue cheese dressing. She said "I don't think it comes like that but let me check." She then came back and said "yes that one does come with the 2"
When I went to pick it up, it was a smaller salad with a little container of blue cheese, 9.25 as you can see on my receipt. I said "that's not what I ordered." The manager (I'm guessing he was the manager) came over and said "that's the large salad, or did you want the family salad?" I said "yes the bigger salad like I asked for and explained to her when I called."
She said "it's more money," it's 15.00 and some change I don't know what she said about the change, so I had to go back out to the car for 5.00 and change difference. I think they could have waved that difference for a returning customer and THEIR mistake. Anyway, when he brought the bigger salad back to me it STILL was not the right size I have ALWAYS gotten AND it only had 1 dressing. I told him that's not what I usually get, I always get a bigger one with 2 dressing. He said "no this is how they come and only with 1 dressing." I again told him "I have always gotten them in a bigger pan and 2 dressing, and it's usually 13.00 something." He said "no we have never had something like that for that price"
He was rude, didn't want to deal with me and walked away. I told him I would never be back, he didn't care and I understand that, I am only one person But when you are a returning customer and have been for years how many people will he do this to? How many returning customers will he lose if he continues to handle others this way. Again, I'm not one to complain about this stuff, but when I KNOW what I order, what I get and what I usually pay, it's kinds hard to understand why the change.
Some of you may think this is all no big deal and they shouldn't lose a customer over a salad, but it's more so about the lack of disrespect.
We all have gotten mad at Walmart one time or another and said we will never shop there again, but they know we will be back because they are cheap and have everything we need in one spot. But as sure as I sit here I'm telling you I will not go back there again. You can trust that! There are plenty of other pizza places and Linos is just down the street.
On another note, the pizza was still good. But I won't give money to a place that has such disrespect for their customers.

It was the first takeout pizza I remember having when I was a kid. My brother-in-law would bring it over to visit my sister since they had the fire. I was devastated, but I hear they will be open again someday I can’t wait. .
Rockford needs to set a up a GoFund me acct.. Keep Capri in downtown Rockford!!

I'm from chicago.if u drive from Chicago to eat here get ur taste buds checked. I rather have gino east.Food was horrible pizza taste like how rockford looks un satisfying and unpleasant.i rather have ci cis pizza or little ceasers than this.

We showed up and the place was closed because it almost burned down. From their signage it looks like they are trying to reopen at some point. FYI…

Always a fabulous meal!! We had an incredible server..... Great time, following the ballet!!! The food is absolutely delicious. There's something for everyone! Delicious drinks. The atmosphere is incredible!
Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicap parking as well as a ramp to enter the building.
