Stopped in here yesterday 4/16/25 at the Rockford e state st location. as soon as I seen the new steak sandwich 🥪 being cooked on the grill by employee Bounma I just had to have one. To my amazement it was the best sandwich I have eaten in a very long time and I will definitely be back for this same sandwich.
Bounma was very friendly and professional while helping customers. He made this Charley's location worth going back to. Great job 👏

I loved the music they were playing , great vibe on this nice Sunday and I always love when Diana is cooking she truly makes it with love . You can tell just by eating it and how focused she is while cooking. People will definitely watch you from a distance. I travel 45 mins just to eat here . Great service . Keep up the great work !

I used to go to Charley’s all the time because it was at a couple of duty stations that I was stationed at while in the Army. Sandwiches were always so delicious. It was always such a treat. This is my second time coming to this Charley’s and both times have been disappointing.
