Great food. Fast service.

The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

First time I've eaten here and although the food tasted okay, although too salty, I don't think I'll return. The staff was not following good hygiene practices. The gentleman working the cash register was wearing gloves, which he did not remove to ring me up and then turned and served drinks. One girl was leaning against the counter with her face in her gloved hands, basically getting oil and grease from her face not to mention all her germs all over her gloves. After finally deciding to get back to work she picked up chicken with the same gloves on and put it in the fryer. I almost said I didn't want my sandwich. However the only person who seemed to take their job seriously was the one making my sandwich, thankfully. After all that it was a disappointing amount of meat on the roll.

They didn’t even cook the peppers down, these people who are cooking it have never had what they are selling lol the food is expensive and whack, make sure to ask for no mayo tomato or lettuce on you Philly cheese steak. I can’t stand un attended franchises.

Long slow lines, never get your order right. Order ahead doesn't work and will charge you multiple times

Really good Philly! Fries are awesome too! Get it with cheese. Service was great, cooks working hard. I wish we could tip them! Put out the tip jar. Either way, see you next time!

Food was excellent and staff was incredibly friendly and kept the place clean. Excellent meal all around. Definitely try the Lemonades, they are better than anywhere else!

I'm an employee at the mall I got 30 minutes for lunch I get in line at 2:32 I am rushing back to work finally with my food at 2:57 15 minutes of that time was me actually waiting for my food and now I can eat my food cold when I get off of work

The delicious food the delicious potatoes the delicious lemonade I give it five out of five

Food is always good. Fries are usually filled high. But not even a handful in the container this time. Prices must've went up as well.
