Perfect and safety place for kids above 3 years old..I’m happy of i can find more games for my son 1 year old and the employee are friendly thank you for all
I haven't been here in years. It's a fun place for kids, although it can get a bit pricey. I gave a 4 star because I felt the cards they give out were a bit challenging to work the machines were having a hard time reading. There were also a couple of games down, and there were several pictures just tossed on the floor.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheel chair access and parking.

My kids love this place, and by kids, I mean my 7 year old, my 22 year old and my 25 year old can't get enough of this place. The pizza is surprisingly above average for an entertainment venue with many different crust and topping options. The BBQ Chicken pizza is quite good. The real surprise is the wings. Their bone in wings with the many different sauce options is the true star. The unlimited salad bar is always stocked, and the staff there is always top notch with great service. Would highly recommend.

We had a birthday party here recently. They have redone the interior and it looks very fresh and clean. Our party host was very attentive and kind, but we had trouble hearing her due to how loud it gets and her being so soft spoken. Pizza was good, everything provided for the party was great, and kids had fun. My only suggestion would be to spread out the tables. We were back-to-back with the other party table, making it impossible at times to maneuver without intruding on other's space. I get wanting to host has many as possible, but given the money we spent, I would like to be able to have room for my party guests to walk around rather than be touching backs with another table's party.

The employees and managers were the best I have ever seen compared to the one in Jackson Tennessee. They went above and beyond to make it a great experience for my son's birthday party. It was wonderful

Staff was very rude after they made a mistake. The GM then approached me about a "concern" that wasn't wasn't a problem when we first arrived ??? and was allowed to do for an hour before I stepped out and returned.

We had our son’s 5th bday party here.. it was awesome.. 6 kids 2 adults.. pizza, drinks, dippin dots.. and the ticket blaster for under $180.
We had 2 hours of unlimited play for all the kids.. bday boy got an extra 2000 tickets.. and we booked online so we got a card with like 150 tokens.. I think it’s the best way to go for bday parties.. would 100% recommend. We went on Friday during summer at 1pm and we pretty much had the place to our selves..
party planner Bryn’niya was our party planner… she was super sweet..
pizza was good..

We were there for a small birthday party, has definitely changed since I last visited. Pizza was different? But definitely better tasting. The Salad Bar had a very nice selection, and was fresh! Was disappointed in the price gouge cocktail however. Games definitely have been upgraded, the little's were very excited and pleased.
Floors tables and surroundings were Very clean, as were the surfaces of the games. I was actually impressed!
Only disappointed when it came time to choose the prize's~ a bit extreme?
More so with the, new ticket redemption. But overall a great
family experience.
Parking: Tons of parking in the rear of the building.
Kid-friendliness: Kids being kids, the staff is pretty great, lol
Tons of patience and communication with a friendly smile.
