5:15pm Thursday April 4th,Female employee was annoyed for being interrupted while on her cell phone, when asked for extra frosting she said there was plenty on roll…REALLY?!!!The real kicker was once we got them home, they were STALE…hard as a rock & NO amount of heating helped. Not a good look for Cinnabon Co. & their product, especially for the price!!

I want to personally thank the two girls who were working at the Cherryvale location last night. They had great organizational skills, everything was fresh and hot. Also, when I asked one of them if they had cinnamon flavored coffee, she offered to put some of the flavoring that's normally reserved for cold brew in my hot drink. Thank you for going above and beyond. Keep up the good work!

Rude lazy employees that acted like I was an inconvenience just for ordering there. Every one of them was sitting up front staring at their phones when I walked up and acted like I was bothering them buying one cinnamon roll. When I started eating my roll I realized it was almost completely uncooked. Normally would have brushed off the bad attitude but in combination with the uncooked food I feel this deserved a review. This place used to be awesome, what happened? The visit was Saturday September 2nd, around 5:45 p.m.

I got an Oreo Chilada. It’s advertised with Oreo on top of the whip cream. The girl who made my drink was on her personal phone on a call and made the drink wrong without the cookies, she put in the Oreos and had to re-mix it and then didn’t put any on top and I asked why they didn’t. A different girl who was a cashier told me they could if the customer asks. I told her it was advertised with Oreos on top so why would I have to you if you can. Bad & super ghetto customer service. I don’t have to ask you to make it the right way which it is advertised! I’m upset because the workers tried to make me feel as if it was my fault that I didn’t ask them to make it the way it was supposed to be made. No I don’t want you to remake it because usually that comes with more attitude that I’m already getting from you. I just wanted to be made right the first time. Now I remember why I stopped coming to Cinnabon. 05/16/23 at 5 pm today.

Had a gift card, so it was a little cheaper, otherwise a little pricey. The cinnamon bun iced coffee was delicious!

I would occasionally buy a 6-pack of their traditional cinnamon rolls... that is until their pricing increased by more than 25% over the past 6 months . . . with this said, although their product is good... it is not good enough to justify an out-the-door price-tag approaching nearly $30 (inclusive of applicable sales taxes) for a package of 6 cinnamon rolls...You lost a sale that day... along with future opportunities for product sales/transactions from me.With this obtuse attitude towards sales & customer service, your products can sit & rot on the store shelves as far as I am concerned. With this approach & attitude towards business, I really have doubts that you will remain in business through the next year, given your atrocious attitude towards customer service & overvaluation of the products that you're selling. There's monetary inflation... then there's price gouging.

Seriously? You are located on Harrison AVENUE....NOT ROAD. The cinnabon website even had the address wrong! Harrison ROAD is in the middle of a cornfield / middle of nowhere!

Yummy rolls, very expensive.

Service was alright. Was enjoying my cinnamon roll until I bit into a piece that included a human finger nail. Will not return to this establishment while they have these kinds of standards. Can’t even wear gloves while preparing the rolls.

Cinnabon inside CherryVale Mall has the best cinnabon rolls. Delicious & worth the wait if there is a line. Make sure to ask for extra frosting. ??
