Staff is very nice, but my $7 chocolate shake had the thickness of chocolate milk….slightly disappointed. Yes I could have gone back inside, but no, I did not have time…. Probably won’t be back….

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cold Stone Creamery never disappoints! My favorite is the Berry Berry Berry Good — one of their signature creations — and it’s out of this world. The mix of berries with that creamy ice cream is just perfect. The staff is always friendly, the place is clean, and they mix everything right in front of you. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving something sweet and fresh! 🍓🍦
They’re located at 653 S Perryville Rd, Rockford, IL (inside Perryville Crossings) — open 11 AM to 10 PM, so plenty of time to grab a scoop before closing.

Sadly, it has gone downhill. I haven't been here in a very long time, but came to order my usual, Coffee lovers only on a waffle cone. Unfortunately the cone wss super stale, so much so that it wouldn't even break as I showed the employee. She then looks at it walks away and hands me a new one. I was baffled. I was holding two cones. Another employee had to tell her to transfer my ice-cream to the new cone. I said thank you and walked back outside, only to realized that the new waffle was ALSO super stale. What an awful experience on ice-cream that isn't cheap. 👎🏽

I recently came in on tuesday July 29th…WOW this was the most amazing cold stone experience i have ever had!! I came in at a super busy time around 7:30 while only two girls were working they moved the line along so quickly while also being super kind, helpful, and also had a smile on their faces the whole time. the one with the red hair made my ice cream so delicious! the other one with brown/ blonde hair checked me out and helped me with my reward points! 100/10 would come back a million times! :)

My friend and I are deeply disappointed by our experience. Our initial choice was Yumberry but to our dismay they were already closed, leaving us with no choice but to try something else. Minds full of opportunity, we chose to take a chance on Coldstone. We came in optimistic, we left set on never going back. We enter the store and a female employee was all over another male employee. We also noticed that majority of the staff was very unfriendly except for the young girl who was our cashier, the only positive thing out of this whole experience. The employees barely spoke a word and didn’t bother to share a smile. While checking out, we were getting rude glances from a woman working, the same one who was all over the other male employee. This made us even more uncomfortable with an already dissatisfied encounter. We both chose the “Like It”(smallest size) because we were both unsure of what we wanted and had never had a prior experience. The smallest size was $8.77. The ice cream was subpar and frankly not worth the price. Don’t bother wasting your money for a poor experience and poor ice cream.

First time I had this and it was awesome! 😎 I'm a doordasher and I had to wait a few minutes for a double order. Wasn't even that long. There was a left over one for some reason and the guy asked me if I wanted it. Of course yes was the answer! It was so good. Some kind of a mixed berry in vanilla. Would definitely recommend this place. Wow!

I absolutely love the Silk Chocolate Almondmilk with chocolate chip cookie dough pieces! So creamy and chocolaty. It’s even better with the chocolate dipped sprinkle bowl!

Love this place. I've been going to Coldstone Creameries around the United States for over twenty years now and this is my home town called Stone. We come here every chance we can. The kids absolutely loved it. We went to one in Virginia on our honeymoon and I got coffee with gummy bears and cookie doughs and for the last eighteen years nothing is ever beaten it.
