Ordered a mushroom and swiss. Cheese wasn't melted only like 3 mushrooms on the burger and the manager was really rude to me. Told me don't come back to this location. I am a former employee and wish things were still ran good. Seems the place is going downhill since Becca left

Went to the drive up ordered the 4 pints of flavor of the day and had a free scoop coupon which I said to the girl while ordering. When I got to the window she told me the total which included being charged for what was supposed to be free scoop when I told her her about the mistake I was rudely told next time to tell them that while ordering I told her I had and at that point I told her to just forget the 4 pints and give me the free scoop. For her rudeness I wasn't about to give them any money I have always had good experiences with Culver's but in looking at other reviews I see I wouldn't recommend this one

I think there’s only been like one or two times that I’ve gone to a Culver’s and it not be just amazing. I love the burgers there. I love how they’re so fresh. All of their ingredients are so fresh and the service there is bar on for a fast food restaurant The employees there are always so nice and helpful and polite and this is probably my number 1 favorite fast food place to get a burger from. Almost anytime I see a sign for this place off the highway I get off and get some food 10 out of 10. Do you recommend every single time. If you’ve never had a butter burger and some cheese curds from here, I suggest you go give it a shot. I also just saw that they came out with some cereal ice cream things that look amazing - they have one with cocoa puffs. They have one with Lucky charms and they also have one with some cinnamon toast crunch and you know what maybe I’ll go get one of those today.

This is the second time we’ve been to this location in the past couple months and I am surprised at the lack of customer service, knowledge, and cleanliness of the restroom/restaurant. Our last experience was very much the same! We will not be returning to this location!
The scrolling marquee mentioned “$1 off butterburger baskets”, yet when I asked about this the cashier she had no knowledge of this nor did, who I presume to be, the manager. He came back giving me an excuse that “coupons are sometimes hidden within emails” and again I stated it was in their scrolling marquee. I commented that in the bathroom you can hear the drive thru customers and someone else asked about it. The manager said, “well, did you hear what the response was.” Really? He followed it up with I was the first person to ask about this at 6:00PM. Yeah, okay.
UPDATE: Funny how I’m told to email them my concerns, but then I never hear back!
