Teenagers managing the drive thru that only say sorry non stop when there is a problem instead of providing solutions or explanations. Only the manager could finally clarify.

asked me for value baskets, and we said yes, asked for ranch and we said yes, didnt give us anything, only the sandwich and the tenders. Had to go inside and pay for these items that they asked me for. What was the point of even asking those questions if you werent gonna add them to the order??

Burgers and custards are the bomb. Issue is the sides. Ie.. Mac & Cheese, cole slaw and mashed potatoes. The Mac & cheese was bland with over-cooked noodles. ALL of sides are small portions. The containers aren't even full. We are paying higher prices but the company doesn't respect us.

We got 2 concrete mixers. 1 vanilla with chocolate cake pieces & double peanut butter sauce. 1 chocolate with peanut butter sauce, chocolate cake pieces, & double marshmallow creme.
Neither of them had peanut butter sauce in them and the chocolate didn't have any marshmallow creme in it either.
If you don't have the ingredients fine, but please don't charge us for them next time.

Went to go eat and got a very good customer service from Daniel P.
I've absolutely had it with drive thru. We waited in line 20 minutes for our food. In that time we watched 2 other cars have to go in to fix their order. When ours came out I counted all the burgers and chicken by reading what was on the outside package. Got home to discover that the package that said chicken contained a single cheeseburger. Not all all what I ordered. And the burger was so overcooked that we threw it away. We used to love Culver's. No longer. The food is way over cooked and they have no idea how to put the right food in the bag.

There was only one vehicle in drive-thru when I arrived but gave a simple order and was asked to pull to side. Several vehicles after me ordered and got their food and left before waiting 20 minutes to get mine, terrible impression
