We arrived approximately 7 pm on 9/16/2025. We placed our order and waited 20 minutes with no food. I went to the counter to get our money back and then a young lady says did you order this and I said yes but I ordered steamed broccoli not fries. She kept asking if I wanted the food no I just want our money back. She gave it with disgust. Right is right and last I knew without us customers she would not have a job. It’ll be a very long time before we return to Culver’s .

Culver’s has always had nice staff and restaurants. But over the past year or so the quality of there food has sunk low. Cheap buns. Cheaper less tasty toppings the sides aren’t the same as they once were. Not a higher quality food that we used to expect from Culver’s food chain.

Culvers is the Cadillac of fast food. Their food is premium, price comparative to the others but a lot better with more options. They handle high volume traffic with ease and their custard is a must!

The new grilled chicken sandwich was not as good as promoted on commercial on TV and radio. Chicken was tough to bite through, bun was soggy. Ended up giving the chicken to my dog and throwing away the bun on condiments

Very bad experience. The worker did not know the sizes of the side dish I asked about, and when I got the onion rings, it was mostly breading. The onions were slivers of dried out onion. Tasted basically like salt. Went on a Sunday afternoon and expected a nice atmosphere. Instead it was loud, hard 70's rock, and not the kind that sounds good. I am eclectic in my music tastes and I allow for someone to like music I do not care for, but this music was very grinding and annoying, and just before we left, it was vulgar lyrics. To top all this off, we sat at a booth alongside the east window and were being blasted with A/C.
When you read this, understand that I used to like Culvers.
