horrible place to go. i waited 45min for the jumbo shrimp basket and i never got the food. i even ask one of the employees how much longer and he said oh ok let me check and never came back.i just left the place i was so mad to go inside . i had to take my child to practice. so ridiculous.. never again.

I love Culver’s and this is not the first time I have experienced horrible customer service at this location. I know it may seem why do I keep going back but it is close to me. I walked in and there were 6 employees just standing there staring at me nobody said a word not even a greeting. I walked up to order and they all kept saying someone else would help me then not one walked up to the register until one begrudgingly helped us looking like this was the worst thing in the world. I have worked in customer service and never would I act like this. I will never come back here again. I will drive 20 plus minutes to a different Culver’s where I have a great experience than come here.

I love Culver's and was so very excited when I bought a home and saw there was one close to me. Unfortunately, the excitement was short-lived. This location has the WORST customer service of any Culver's I have ever been to.
You pull up to order and that isn't overly terrible but when you're get to the window to pay , wow. Nothing is said, they just reach out for payment, take payment and then hand out your drink and ticket number and go right back to talking to thier friends. I realize it's fast food and they don't get paid much, but come on. A simple hello goes a long way !

Multiple times I have come here and I’m not getting the basics. Ranch (that I had to pay for) ketchup, fries instead of cheese curds (also paid for the difference) I’m quite disappointed as I also used to be a manager there. Today I waited for 15 minutes on four tenders and two ranches. I never received the ranch!
Grilled chicken is gross now. Never thought I'd have anything from Culvers that wasn't awesome

I'm a little salty because I was in drive-through just yo get a gift card, o told them that at the speaker where you order, and I had to wait behind a guy while they made his order (about 10 minutes) they did NOT have him pull up as usual. Then, even after he pulled away, they ignored me another 5 minutes. I'm guessing they were freaking out trying to figure out what I ordered :( they could have just asked!! Communication is the key people. Usually, the service is better.

Had to plug the laptop in and work while on road here and let me just say i’m impressed for a Culver’s. Bathroom was spotless, and the staff was unbelievably friendly and went out of their way to ask if i needed anything before i even ordered when i was at the table. well done and much appreciated

Mediocre at best. It wasn’t the best. I asked for onion & ketchup on my sandwich, they literally put 2 dots of ketchup & 1 small sliver ov onion on a huge pork tenderloin sandwich. It was dry & I damn near choked on it
