Best walleye I've ever had. As far as fish sandwiches go. I'd hate for you to stop serving walleye. Yes the cod sandwich is good. But the walleye should stay on the menu as well.

They were very busy when I have arrived!! But like always Culver's never lets me down it's not too many places that you go to for so call fast food and the food comes out piping hot fresh/good and and the price is right!!! Keep it fresh!!!

Dear Aaron and Stephanie Koch...We have a Tuesday ritual, that starts the day with ice skating, then grocery shopping then going to the library then Culvers before returning home... Yesterday we order 4 single scoop specials... and the one I got was noticeably under sized... when I asked about it, I was told they would remake it and to pull forward. After about 5 minutes I went to go inside and was met at the exit by an employee with the remade order. When I told him it was for me, he then went on diatribe about not getting fired for icecream. Then handed me an order that was clearly worse than the first... I explained to him that it seems some people are more generous than others and he aggressively snapped back with "they're not more generous, they need to be retrained". I asked for a refund and was accommodated... When I later got home I learned you have a BOGO happy hours when doing research to write you... Yet NO ONE has EVER mentioned this durring out visits. We arrive during your happy hours... I think its a really bad business decision, to lose customers over what you give away for free. Your very rude and aggressive employee shouldn't be in contact with customers. He clearly has some mental issues to be angry about a scoop of custard. He said the exact size was to be 5oz. SO... waited to get home to weight it... it was 5 oz with all the toppings and the container, Meaning the scoop wasn't what I paid for to begin with. The manager sent me out with the order for the situation. Either way... this was a very poorly handled situation, that cost you about $52 a month... just in custard. When trying to leave the review on culvers webpage, youre limited to 1200 characters... and once you accommodate that requirement and submit the review, you are told the session timed out and you have to start over... adding far more insult to this experience...

This has to be the worst fast food business in town. They never bring out your curbside food and for some odd reason when you request ketchup on your burger they only put one little dot in the middle like they can't afford to give anymore. The manager and employees don't care if you're standing there forever for

I usually don’t have a bad experience here, but today (1/19) at 12:25 had one of the worst experience I’ve had here. Came here , order my food at 12:07, waited till 12:22pm to ask about my food and I asked what was taking so long. Guy serving the food behind the counter to put it in bags etc was the rudest employee I’d ever seen at that location. Was being rude to his co workers, slamming, raising his voice, and when the trainee asked about my food he replied “I’ll get to it when I get to it just stop”. At this point I don’t want my food because he attitude sucked enough to make me not hungry, and as I’m getting my money back he continued making smart comments “Well people need to learn how to wait for their food and they can’t wait”. I waited 23 minutes before asking and being late for my lunch. Unacceptable behavior to be in fast food/customer service and I feel sorry for his coworkers/manager. Have never had a bad experience here and honestly, anytime I see him in the back I’ll be taking my money to another location or to McDonald’s right down the street. To Tammy and the New hire there today during the rush hour, THANK YOU and to the 2nd Assistant manager, thank you as well for your professionalism and it’s the only reason this is a 2 instead of 1.

it's Culver's. same as any other. this is the only one restaurant that continuously turns my request of a single into a double. it's waste of food and money. it's also deceptive. beef a roo is not far away, same price and doesn't scam you.
