I ordered the half roasted chicken dinner & only got 2 pieces of chicken, a wing & a breast, as you can see. I work 3rd shift so I didn't realize that I didn't get 4 pieces of chicken until it was time for me to eat it at work they were closed by then so I called today to explain what happened I didn't get a receipt so I had to look up the charges on my credit card after I explained what happened asked if I could come get my other 2 pieces of chicken today with my new order they told me that I would have to bring the food back to show them but of course I don't still have the food because that was my lunch at work I told them that I did take a picture though but I still can't get my 2 pieces of chicken because it's their so called policy to bring the food back but I was unable to do that obviously so I don't get my chicken or money that's bad customer service I have no reason to lie about 2 pieces of chicken that I paid for but didn't get disappointed is an understatement I wouldn't give them no stars if I could it's not my fault that I didn't get all my chicken hell I didn't even want my money back ? ?♀️

Poor customer service!! I picked up my order and drove all the home which is across town. Half of my chicken wasn't in there!!! I called, they didn't offer an apology or anything for the inconvenience but wanted me to bring the order all the way back to replace it. My kids were all undressed and unpacked by now and they were all hungry! I couldn't bring the food back until the next day. Still no remorse and nothing to accommodate the inconvenience.

Food is disgusting place looks dirty I'm surprised they are open they have dead bugs on the ceiling where the guy is cooking the food, oil looks dirty gross looks like it hasn't been changed this place need to close
