I ordered an Italian beef (fine, they don't offer sweet peppers, it's okay), with mozzarella cheese. Also fries with cheese. I ordered my sandwich lightly dipped. First of all, the sandwich must have been soaked in "aus jus" for quite some time because it was dripping wet and barely able to be held on to. There was no cheese on the sandwich whatsoever, and it tasted like wet paper. There was no cheese on my fries and they tasted old and had so much salt on them I couldn't eat them. This is the sixth time I have ordered from this restaurant and I feel I've given them enough chances, so this will be the last. Maybe if the girl behind the counter took her earbuds out for a second she could hear what people are ordering. Fifteen bucks today wasted.

I used to love the food don't know what happened. My chicken Philly had no flavor and they used a breaded chicken sandwich chopped up. So i know the chicken is not like its used to be. Seasoned chicken breast. My fries were soggy barely any flavor. Same with my kids. No cheese on my sandwich. The place has definitely changed. It used to be so good. I wont waste my money anymore. The chicken wings were alright though. I tried my sons. They need to go back to their old ways bc I used to love a chicken philly.
