Get ready for a frustrating experience.My complaint is the total $hit show with this business. I placed an online order through the app at 6:32pm. Email said pickup will be ready at 7:00pm (order #13303 Harrison, which is actually officially at 2627 Sandhutton Ave). When I arrived, they kept asking me what my order was and if I paid. This was done several times over the course of ten minutes. I finally had to show them my online order confirmation and that I had paid. Then, “oh sorry, we didn’t start making it.” Another 25 minutes goes by, and the $hit show continues. “Do you want flour or corn tortillas?” I said “flour.” Then I hear a voice from another male from the back, “we are out of flour tortillas.” So I responded bluntly with, “Guess I am having corn!”I paid an extra $2 for onion rings with my son’s hot dog order. Guess what? When I got home I saw fries. Warning: if you do order here, which I don’t recommend due to the frustration level, you better check every dang bag.The whole chicken I normally get, which was 30 minutes late, was overcooked and over charred.So here is what I say. Never again.Is there a hidden camera? Am I on some kind of game show? It’s like they are trying to make mistakes.

Drove by. Decided to try. A good selection of foods and even better having a drive thru. Food was very good and huge portions. Window person was great. Only thing was it took a Longgggg time. Sacrificed that for good food though. Great place to try out!
I was hesitant about getting tacos there but OMG they were delicious. Three real Mexican corn chicken tacos with plenty of real Mexican beans and rice! It hit the spot. Oh with a free pop! Stop in.

Put in my order around 3:10 PM was told the order would be ready at 3:36 PM and they gave me my order at 4:05 PM. I had to wait 25 minutes more than what they had promised the food would be ready by. Their response was oh we didn’t see you pull up to the window, even though when I pulled up to the drive-through, I told them I was here for a pick up and I gave them my name, and they said pull up to the window, which is why I pulled up to the window. Absolutely unacceptable and didn’t even offer any compensation for their carelessness, not to mention our food was cold as well.

Terrible rap music blasted while we waited for our takeout meals. Staff was unwelcoming, just staring at us as we walked up to the counter. Fish was mostly breading and fries were cold. Beef sandwich was plentiful, but greasy and the fries tasted like fried fish...yuck! Ended up eating a bowl of cereal instead of pur 30.00 meal from Da Catch. Will not be returning to this location.

I have dined in and used carry out at this location multiple times and every time the food has been cooked fresh, hot and delicious! They have an amazing menu with tons of options and the portions on most dishes are very plentiful! Keep up the great work and service. This location has been in my rotation of dinner options for several months now, as there is something delicious on the menu for everyone.
