service was trash they blaming the manufacturer for the quality of food. I didnt even ask for refund I asked for a different sandwich an he just talked in circles. Its going straight in the trash I will never be back to this low life West end location again so don't count on it

They cooked my Grandmothers food perfect. She had catfish fillets and wings and she appreciated that they weren't fried too hard. The cashier was nice and friendly.
