Food was good. Drive thru female would not scan my app for free cone I had. Just kept saying scan your receipt for points with your phone. I know that but was trying to use my rewards points for item we bought and refused to scan it. She seemed as if rushing us due to closing soon at the time. Usually no problems at this location in the past

I received the worst icecream shake I've ever had today. It was truly a milk shake with hardly any icecream! Was runny, warm.... no icecream. I threw out my sweet milk I got.

Food great...service horrible. Forget to give you food then claim they gave it to me but didn't. Didn't give me food I paid for because the swore they gave it to me. In my book that is stealing. It's a shame I won't go back now because I love their food. But they do not treat customers right.

The app shows different than what it is. So it showed two sandwiches so I thought it was a deal and got that and ended up with one sandwich. Stuff like this happens every time I go. I love the food but hate the price and it makes me feel like I'm being ripped off. The people that work there are nice. But don't understand English and messed up my drinks. Over all not a good experience. I ended up paying way more to eat here for a family of 4 than anywhere else.

Is there an electricity shortage for the mixers? Half of every blizzard I have ever ordered is vanilla halfway down. Even the MINT oreo blizzard had no mint below about 2 inches down.

Ordered a birthday cake 4 days in advance!! Came to pick it up they forgot about it and rushed to put the writing on the cake.. so we pay 45$ for a sloppy cake that you can barley read and they forget the written candles on the cake and overall show zero effort woulda been better off getting it blank and writing it on myself… just crappy service and I wouldn’t recommend…

I recommend that they use a heavy degreaser on the dining room floor! The floor is so filthy greasy it is a miracle I didn’t fall down! They should be using a separate mop and bucket for the dining area not the same one as the greasy kitchen! Do better before someone falls and sues!

The food & ice cream/blizzards are great. Good prices
