I have always been a big fan of Denny's Restaurant, used to take my kids there at least once a week when they were little. With that being said I hadn't been to Denny's Restaurant in years and have been really craving it for awhile now. I was troubled by how the Waitress treated another customer. He requested Pancakes instead of toast and she told him that he could not substitute items. When the man simply and politely said that he didn’t understand, because he had done that before… she abruptly told him no and that she was not going to serve him. The man was a Black man and I feel he was not treated fairly. He looked over at me before leaving and asked, did you see that?

The hash browns were burnt even though I asked him to make them Brown and not burnt, when I checked out they did not ask me if I have rewards and they couldn't add it at the end so I also missed out on those points.
