I wish I could give a negative Star. Gave me someone else's order, and we took it back, and they gave the pizza to another customer. They prepared my pizza incorrectly. I think she was the supervisor. She is extremely rude!! Please stay away from this location

Ordered dinner last night 2-5-25. When the pizza was delivered the cheese pizza was still very doughy. Couldn't even pick up a slice without the cheese literally sliding off the pizza. Entirely too much cheese. I called to let them know and the manager said he would have it remade and sent out for delivery as long as no pizza was eaten, stating it would be 30 minutes to an hour because they were extremely busy. I never received the replacement pizza and ended up having to order my children dinner over again somewhere else. I still have the awful pizza that was delivered.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered food online. Delivery estimate was 30 - 45 minutes. Over 1 1/2 hours later and still no food. The worker on the phone, Rachel, lied and said the food would be fresh even though it had already been done baking for over 30 min, as per their tracker, when I spoke to her on the phone. No food, no service, and I'll have to go through PayPal to get a refund. Received zero help when calling to complain about my missing order. Waited another 20 min after calling before writing this review.

I went home with an old a_ _ pizza that seemed like it might have been reheated with a bottom crust like cardboard. She knew what she was giving me. That’s the last money they’ll ever get from me. Like somebody else said “standard have gone down “. I wouldn’t trust them to pour a pop for me. 😡. More like ZERO stars. One star is too good. Save your money!!!

This place has gone downhill. When you arrive it takes 5-10 minutes for them to acknowledge you. Then the employee who does says they can't help. Only 1 person can touch the register. Then you have 1 person who ONLY SWEEPS & MOPS. will look at you but not tell anyone else you're there. The "store manager" clearly does not know what she's doing. It takes her 10 minutes just to pay for your order then she keeps asking what's your name. EVERY TIME the food is hit or miss. Mostly miss. Don't advertise garlic parm bread bites and when i bite into them it's like a slice of white bread. Corporate if you're measuring the sauce toppings then there should be an option to pay for extra like every other restaurant. Nobody wants dry ass bread. Rather it be cinnamon or garlic butter. DO BETTER!! OH AND THANKS FOR SENDING ME BACK TO WORK HUNGRY.

I order wings while watching the cook touch everything and her mama with her bare hands I see she didn't have any gloves on so I'm thinking she will watch them Guess what nope went right into the wing bucket grab a fix full of wings and place them on the platter I turned around and walked out. Horrible customer service placed an order. I called to say that my order was made wrong and get an attitude from the manager on shift. He threaten not to give me my refund because I was complaining about my food being made wrong. I will never eat at the dominoes maybe any dominoes ever again I am sick of this store every time I call or have an order that’s wrong and they make you feel like you’re wrong for complaining very unprofessional.
