Burrito was small and overpriced. The presentation was very underwhelming. It did not include beans and rice like you would imagine something on the dinner menu would and took way too long to come out. What really got me at the end was charging me for soda water. Which is literally just carbonated water. I don’t know if this was just a undertrained employee or if this is a practice by the restaurant but if so, that’s very pathetic is definitely just a money grab. Definitely won’t be coming back.
Was my families favorite place to go to before their dad passed. I had got disheartening news after my kids doctors appointment and went to eat by myself and baby. Literally ordered a drink and food and she even messed up and I was fine with it. I gave her 40 and my bill was around 23 and change dollars left she gave me 6 bucks back and put in computer I gave her 30. I left the change since she wanted to give her own tip.
It was two twenty's to so kinda hard to mess up and if you were giving change you would know 6 isn't enough.
Had take out and it used to be better. Seemed to lack flavor.

Will never be coming back to this place ever. First off my son who's part Hispanic always says gracias whenever we go to mexican restaurants. Well apparently this offended the wait staff because the waitress came to our table and boisterously said "HOWDY YALLL!" And then immediately went back into a spanish accent. We should have left there but instead we ordered. After delivering our food she never once came back to the table except to give us our check and the food was awful. We only came here because our usual places close at 9 but next time we'll just go to taco bell. The food is much better and the service is as well. If you look white then do not use any Spanish otherwise you'll most likely have the same experience

Food is terrible! The fajitas were dry and tasted burnt. I asked for flour shells and they gave me corn shells. My first time eating there and I’ll never go back!!
Went in there today. Started off with a bug in my drink. That happens and they brought me a new one. Food was good but when we got our bill 2 things were more expensive then what was on the menu. Excuse was a new manager and price was different in there system. So check when you pay. Only took off one of things partialy so not very happy about that.

Food was nothing close to authentic Mexican. It's even worse to than chipotle. I gave it a second chance but still the worst Mexican restaurant. I am from New Zealand and we have better Mexican food over there than this.

The food is amazing and service is OK, as long as you don't sit at the bar. I don't think they actually have a bartender, you just have to wait for a server to pop in behind the bar to attend to you. Sometimes they're very attentive while other times, you're going to be there for a while. But we will always continue to go back because the food is so consistently good!!

My friend and I arrived around 3pm on a Friday (12/13) to a brightly lit ‘OPEN’ sign and a locked door. Someone walked out of the restaurant but when we walked up the door was locked. No explanation as to the reason, but as we drove away it looked like there were employees sitting in a car in their back parking lot.

The food is good and the portions are big! The service was lacking to say the least. The restaurant is dark and the decorations are very dated, it hasn't changed in years!!

Stopped in for a bite as I've never been here before, and I won't be back ,I had beef tacos and burritos and the beef had big chunks of fat and personally I didn't care much for that and the small portion of sour cream and guacamole, if you like watered down beans and hard rice this is your place ,I suspect they will be gone soon

We went to Dos Reales at 4 pm because we were busy shopping and very hungry. The servings were large enough to fill us, and the food was very good. The waitress was very cheerful and friendly. My wife and I both want to go back when we are in Rockford.
