I used to love the donuts, but lately they have been kind of tough like the dough/batter is being overworked perhaps? The cherry glazed used to be almost fully dipped, and now it’s just a little bit of glaze on top. Not as much filling in the longjohns as there used to be. Very nice people, will continue going back… I just hope that they’ll go back to whatever process they were using before. Also, sometimes it taste like the fry oil might need to be changed more often. ONLY ONE LADY THAT WAITS ON ME IS SO MEAN TO ME I STOPPED GOING THERE. WOULD LIKE TO COME BACK ONCE IN A WHILE, BUT NOT WITH THAT PARTICULAR LADY. HOW DO I DO THAT ? I CAN BRING MY OWN CONTAINERS IF THAT WOULD HELP A LITTLE.
Absolutely love Doughboys. Donuts are the best in town (in my opinion), very friendly staff, and a nice small diner feel on the inside. Highly highly highly recommend this place! My personal favorites are the cherry donuts and donut holes. I frequently will come and get a couple dozen donut holes for work. Try this place if you haven't before.
