Dunkin’ Donuts has the worst customer service. I paid for a drink and as they were handing me the drink out of drive thru window they mentioned they didn’t have the correct ingredients for the drink. They never offered anything else or asked if that was alright.. they just handed it to me.

Do better. My avocado toast was not toasted... come on people. The word toast is even in the name. Then I tried calling them about it and their phone just rings and after so many rings just hangs up. I arrived back at the location and informed them of their mistake and they didn't even apologize, just said pull forward. At the payment window I asked her if third phone was working the girl just smiled and said no. I guess they turn them off to avoid complaining customers. Really D&D?? This franchise is poorly operated.

The drinks I order had no cream or sugar and I had asked for that in my drinks ice butter pecan tasted like straight coffee they tasted awful was so strong of a coffee taste I might as well of been drinking black coffee had to go to the gas station pay 10 cents for 3 cream and sugar this has been happening more often as much as it cost they could at least try to make the drinks right and the food wasn’t any better please do better because people don’t want to be wasting their money on bad drinks and food I might as well go to Starbucks they would probably do better
