Called 10x about an order and no one picked up !! Never got my order corrected!!
They burned my sandwich,and I didn't get straws for My drinks, tried calling no answer 😞 very disappointed do better some guy did come and try to fix the situation good job 👍🏽

Service takes a long time, Food is barely heated, and they forget orders consistently.
I ordered some coffee, and a chicken wrap, they didn't even bother to mix the coffee before giving it to me, and the chicken wrap was mostly cold as if it was out of the microwave after being frozen. I had to ask twice for the wrap.

Don't what the deal is with this Dunkin but the service is horrible. Made a order on the app got there they didnt have ingredients to make what I ordered. Said cancel the order and they said they needed the card to refund. Explained this was Apple Pay and there was no card. They then said they would do cash refund but then couldnt do that either. Said to call corporate. Can't call corporate only put in a email to them. No answer. Out $10 bux. Won't be going back after this and previous experiences.

i ordered a a caramel coffee, bacon egg and cheese bagel, hash browns, and a donut. I uber eats it because i’m a work and was hangry. i get my order thinking about how i’m about to indulge in my sandwich, i open the bag the only thing in there was my coffee. so i call uber eats they tell me to call dunkin. when i got the bag it was sealed shut. i tried to call dunkin and these people don’t wanna answer i called them 20 times because i want my food im a hangry girl. how the hell do you forgot almost the entire order. i’m not mad just disappointed that i couldn’t throw back my sandwich.

It’s so crazy to me how it’s always an issue here but yet I keep coming back. COLD ass chicken and roasted pepper wrap can’t even eat it, specifically say no sprinkles on donuts and what do ya know sprinkles. And lord have mercy don’t go inside thinking it’s quicker than the long ass line in the drive thru you’ll be in there for 30 minutes waiting for your food. Fed up waiting, go ask them what’s up with my food and they didn’t even start it. Fire everyone and start new, and maybe train them better this time.
Smells so yummy when you walk in. Staff is fast and very courteous & professional.

Update: my daughter accidentally ordered to this location via the app. Got there and they did not have the sausage croissant she ordered. I am clueless as to why the Apple allows her to order it if the store was out. They tried to give her a bagel what she does not like. They would not refund her for the item they did not have yet charged her for her. This will be going to corporate because that is absolutely ridiculous. Yes I realize it was a five dollar item but it's not what she ordered and they refused to refund the money for what she did order
I could drive to roscoe and back and still not get through this drive through line. Seriously ridiculous . I'm now late for an appointment because I'm stuck in liberty. I mobile ordered ahead but they are so ridiculously slow that it doesn't even make sense to order ahead and pick up inside. Don't Waste Your time. Go to a different store. This is absolutely ridiculous I have now been in line for 17 minutes and there were only five cars in front of me extremely poor service

I try telling myself give this place a chance...but EVERYTIME I go the cashier seems pissed...they rush me while ordering...an the most important part is...my order is NEVER right. It was a convenience that it's in walking distance so that my grandkids an I could visit. But as much money as I spend with service like this I will drive to another location

So I ordered 2 frozen coffee like i do every morning and they came with no tops or whip cream with the drizzle i asked for it and they said no they dont come with that and said they would charge me again never once have i gotten a frozzen coffee with no whip cream and they were very disrespectful like i wan idiot when I clearly get a frozen coffee everyday!!!!!!! Never going back

Won't be coming here again. Ordered a couple of stuffed croissants and two drinks: a Carmel machiatto and a matcha latte no ice, and listened to workers complain about how the drinks were ordered. We were handed the latte 3/4ths full and half the matcha powder was balled up in the strsw, and the machiatto was half prepared and likewise not anywhere near full. One sandwich was hot, while the other was ice cold. If I want attitude while I'm getting my breakfast, I can always go to something like Ed Debevic's...
