Always get my order wrong and before they take my order the lady at the speaker sighed as if it was a hassle to take my order? It’s your job if you don’t like it quit this place has seriously gone down hill don’t go to this location the workers are crabby for having to do the job they applied for like seriously? I was excited about the new drinks and meal I've been seeing on TV. Haven't been in awhile and they reminded me why.My breakfast meal was just as cold as outside. My food was seemed like steamed lol Not hot at all. The softest English muffin ever! And even the hash brown bites were soft,no crisp at all. Overall it was soggy. Guess I'll try again in another 6 months to a year.Or not.

I always go to 11 th st Dunkin because it Convenient in my neighborhood, but recently, I had to find a new Dunkin to get my coffee every morning and afternoon because of since they have new staff, it just is trash. The coffee is gross. The line takes forever. There could be nobody in the inside or through the drive-through and they make you sit really long before they take your order, it’s a hassle every time I choose another Dunkin I will never get coffee from here again.

For as long as we were forced to wait in the drive thru line because the lobby was closed. You'd think they'd get the damn coffee right. 9 cream sounds nothing like 4 cream, especially since the order was read back to meUpdate 2024: Rude and unable to read. More than once we have used the app to order and the order is never correct and then they get rude when you call them out on their mistake. Just today ordered a croissant sandwich with double egg double aching and double cheese. Upon leaving we discovered there was no double bacon no extra egg and no extra cheese. Went back in and was given total attitude. I'm sorry but is it not okay for me to call you out when I'm spending my money and you're not getting my order right?

Drove 3 hours to swedish hospital to say goodbye to my brother. All I wanted was a coffee before hand. The drive through line was way to long so i ran inside. I waited 20 minutes and not a thing. People were infront of me still waiting aswell. I just walked out. Service is terrible. Ignored. Place is a joke.
