Ordered off the app. Went inside because the drive thru was 10 cars deep. Walked up to the counter and an employee walks by, sets a drink down and I recieved the most hateful disgust look I could tolerate at 630. Finally after getting looks from 5 employees, I recieved my food and coffee. Coffee was horrible. I order the same way at any other Dunkin and its good but not today. Food was old, hashbrowns were soggy and cold. Won't be returning to this location, maybe dunkin in general. No one is forcing the employees to work, dont like your job or dont like working at 630am? Find something different cause thats just unacceptable. Taking my business elsewhere. Customer service is everything when the product your offering is shit.

I hate going anywhere when I'm forced to use a kiosk to place an order. All I wanted was one donut. If someone took my order at the register, they could've taken my money, turned around and handed me the donut I could see behind them, but since we're forced to used the self service kiosk, I had to place my order, wait for someone behind the counter to see it, and wait another 7 minutes to get my lonely donut. Just don't force us to use these damn things.

I’ve personally been in the drive through when there have been many cars and have never waited longer than a few minutes. They move the drive through pretty quickly which is what I would have expected when I went inside to order food at 7am. About a 15 minute wait for a couple munchkins and breakfast sandwich which was pretty long considering I was the only person in the restaurant. I ultimately left- could not wait for the sandwiches any longer as I was on a time crunch. I watched them go through multiple cars in drive through which tells me they prioritized drive through even though I waited a significant amount of time for a sandwich. What felt worse was there were about 6 people behind the counter and no one acknowledged me the entire time I was there.

Im not that kinda person to complain about things, but the store manager at this is so rude and wouldn't listen to me when I told her that her employees dididnt make my coffees right, I sat in line for 10 minutes and spent money to be treated the way I did, I will not return back to this location.
