I sent my mom to get my mobil walkin order and they forgot to give her my donut. I'm currently at work so that's why I sent her. So now I have to go to the store and get my donut. You guys need to start putting customers food in the same bag not separate bags.

By far the worse customer service I have ever encountered. Stood at counter for 7.5 minutes not one person acknowledged me. The young man working the drive thru window who was actually doing the most work finally had to come speak to me. One guy literally asked him what is this guy waiting on as if i wasn’t standing there he could have just asked me. Or acknowledged the fact I was even there in the first place. I will never ever come back to this location. They need serious help with customer service skills. If you’re not an upbeat person please do not get in the field of customer service. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Foods usually good, besides if you ask for bacon crispy you still get it partially cold. Service is some of the worst I’ve had though, they don’t say a word to you while you’re checking out even if you greet them. This has happened almost everyday for the past two weeks, it’s pathetic.

Came in for coffee today because the line had literally 16 people in it. The service inside when you don’t pay with a credit card is poor at best. They need to have someone to help the customers that come inside that are paying cash….I was told the wait inside would be the same wait as if I were in the drive thru. My question is why even open the doors if you’re not happy when customers come inside to order you mineswell just close the lobby down. Ordered from the kiosk inside and had to wait 15 minutes for coffee and a donut. Only got my ordered when I reminded the three young people that I placed an order. I will never go here again.

Paid over $8 for my medium iced cappuccino with no special requests and get a drink that’s maybe 80% filled. If I wanted a small I would have ordered a small. Such a joke and a waste of money!

I love coming to this place because the Hispanic ladies crack me up. I really hate to leave a mid review because I like the people. I order about 30 dollars every morning of food for my wife and kids and myself. I get an iced matcha but don’t get ice as it gets watered down if I don’t drink it quickly so usually I get a large no ice and get my own cup of ice from the gas station across the street. The owner now fills my cup about 20 percent empty I just thought it was cheap that I come here everyday and spent 30-35 dollars and they can’t even fill my cup all the way. Mind you my large matcha no ice extra matcha is like 9.75 a drink.
