I've only had dunkin a few times because every time I've had it the coffee tastes burnt. And are the munchkins always so hard? First time getting em from there and they seemed old and hard. Also no cash accepted.

If I can give them 0 stars I will. I ordered a door dash as you can see on the receipt I ordered bacon McMuffin they gave me a sausage instead I ordered a berry drink they gave me mango.. like how hard is it to follow directions the order is clearly rite in your face. This whole location needs to be shut down. Because the lack of bad service is insane.

The mobile drive thru speaker does not work. We waited and waited for our food that we placed through the app. We waited for everyone to get through the traditional drive thru line and still didn't get a person to answer us. We tried to get a refund through the app and the app doesn't recognize this location as a Dunkin Donuts location. So we were not able to get our food or our $23 back. We ended up leaving and we refuse to come back

This location is the slowest Dunkin…they always have a line and it takes more than 20 minutes just to get a single coffee!

I feel bad leaving this but didn’t want to turn around and give them a hard time. The kids working there are really sweet. However, this trip was really just.. sad. My drink was gone in 5 sips. Completely filled with ice to the very top. I ordered bacon avocado toast and got.. a sandwhich with avocado spread.. no bacon..and not toasted.

Like everyone else is saying: this place needs to get it together. I’d like to go here because it’s the closest coffee shop to my house and on my way to work, but the iced coffee is like dirty dish water every time I order. That’s my main complaint.

3 times this week I order coffee hot 2 sugar and get coffee hot 2 cream. This isn't rocket science. Learn the difference between cream and sugar!!!!

Makes no sense to have one line in drive thru mobile orders only, when the staff is so slow you have 6 six cars waiting to order and 5 people go ahead bcuz of the Mobil orders …. Shut this useless place down …. You’re ruining people’s day

This dunkin CANNOT get an order right. im tired of going back through the drive through to get the right food and it still being wrong. Fire all the staff and start over because they do not care. I tried to call and they hung up the phone on me as soon as i said they messed up my order.
