Love this location I go anywhere from 2-5 times a week. never had any issues and the employees are always kind.

Bagel minis were not cooked through, cheese not melted on my egg and cheese wake up wrap.
They apparently don't accept cash and don't have it posted anywhere when we went through the drive thru.

Went to go get my son a hot chocolate this morning,waited at the menu to order for about 5 min and nobody was there to take my order.I moved up to the window because sometimes you are a bit busy and that’s okay.I waited there for another 5 minutes and nobody was in site so I left.

4 times out of 5 your order is not going to be right.
Quality goes down in the afternoon. No good customer service & they dont take the time to make sure drinks are good. & This is after the rush is gone

The only bad thing is there's never cars in the parking lot and they are only drive up Said you never know if they're even open for business They need something showing that they're open

This used to be my go-to spot, I'm re thinking this as they rarely have the items I order on hand and I have to rearrange my whole order every time because I order through the app. Even ordering early they either don't have the items or they're still not ready after a 10 minute drive.
DO BETTER.

I hate to echo the others, but this place is horrible, and Dunkin needs to find a new franchisee because the location could be a rocking business. I ordered an iced coffee with cream and liquid sugar. There was no sugar at all, and it was so watered down it tasted like skim milk. It also took forever for the drive thru to even acknowledge our presence, like they were hoping we'd just leave. Well, I'm not coming back, so that's a win. Just don't go here.

The people who run this place are absolutely lazy and have horrible customer service not only that but everything seems to be down and not working. It takes 15-20 minutes to get a mobile order for 2 coffees and now their machine that makes the frozen doesn’t work or they’re out of stuff to make a frozen coffee. They also mess up orders constantly by not reading the tag that goes with each cup. I went to get a coffee just now and the order was placed 15 mins before closing and I’m told they can’t do it cause the machines are down so when I ask for a refund they tell me they also can’t do that either, I live a half an hour away I’m not driving 30 mins for 7$. I would take your business elsewhere to another Dunkin’ or to Starbucks instead this location needs to be closed down due to how horrible it is

This particular Dunkin was in Rockford, Il. It's only drive through and only credit cards. Just different for me I guess.
