Makes no sense to have one line in drive thru mobile orders only, when the staff is so slow you have 6 six cars waiting to order and 5 people go ahead bcuz of the Mobil orders …. Shut this useless place down …. You’re ruining people’s day

This dunkin CANNOT get an order right. im tired of going back through the drive through to get the right food and it still being wrong. Fire all the staff and start over because they do not care. I tried to call and they hung up the phone on me as soon as i said they messed up my order.

I frequently go even though service is horrible. I don’t blame the employees but that they never have food items or the syrups I want. I have gone twice to get donuts and they’re sold out by 9AM. I’m sorry I don’t believe it.

Bagel minis were not cooked through, cheese not melted on my egg and cheese wake up wrap.
They apparently don't accept cash and don't have it posted anywhere when we went through the drive thru.

Went to go get my son a hot chocolate this morning,waited at the menu to order for about 5 min and nobody was there to take my order.I moved up to the window because sometimes you are a bit busy and that’s okay.I waited there for another 5 minutes and nobody was in site so I left.
